    As long as Willson is still part of the team, it isn't that clear that Javy has the strongest arm.

    Why would we trade our 23 year old SS who already has 8 career WAR for a SS prospect? Prospect? He's put up 5.1 WAR in less than a full season. The real question is why would the Nats do that deal? This was great - one guy went overly literal. The next guy said, "You think you took it too literally? Ha!"

    The only thing their fanbase should be pissed/meatbally about is that they didn't trade away assets at the deadline from their horsefeathers team who is going to be even horsefeathers next year because they can't afford any of their FA in the offseason. Going that long without scoring is crazy but they have a pretty horsefeathers offense, they are near the bottom 20-25 of the league in anything meaningful on offense. yeah...regardless of whether going after the playoff spot was the right move or not (i tend to lean toward aggression when a playoff spot is in realistic play), i thought this tweet from sheehan was strange [tweet] [/tweet] like, the cubs have multiple key contributors that came from trading away lesser players than those within the last 5 years. I'd have to find some sort of Scott Feldman joke to tweet back at him if I had the inclination.
