  1. I hope somebody is setting this fool straight. Dude is just making things up.
  2. For the most part I prefer ignoring the Brewers and their fans antics but this is pure insanity. First for your point above but second because his whole diss is based off being "pretty sure" the Brewers will win in his lifetime. You have to have absolutely nothing to grasp onto if that is the best bragging rights you can make. Yeah, I agree with the above that spiking the football against the pirates and brewers hasn't been that satisfying but these brewer fans are legit insane. Cain and Yelich are nice players but you'd think they signed prime Mantle and Dimaggio. Every fanbase has their cretins but I guess I can still be surprised by it.
  3. https://www.jsonline.com/story/sports/mlb/brewers/2018/04/29/no-home-runs-rely-brewers-offense-completely-dominated-cubs-pitchers/551696002/ Sounds like Gerrit Cole a few years back and his “the Cubs aren’t that good” talk. That tourned out for the Pirates well...... Jake kicked their dick in, in the WC Game and we scared them in to a rebuild. I think cole's "I don't think the cubs are the best team" comment came in early 2016, which is even worse. The cubs turning into a juggernaut has really broken a lot of people's brains. I love it.
  4. Yeah, big time donging weather. Hopefully we have a good approach.
  5. Yeah I can see the cardinals being annoying this year. They have guys struggling but they still pull Jose Martinez and Paul dejonges out of their ass regularly. I think the cubs should be much better but could see them winning a wild card.
  6. Not really donging weather today. It's sunny but only in the high 40's. Not sure about the wind.
  7. How this menace is getting back into the country will always be a mystery to me.
  8. Maybe umbrellas should be the fan giveaway in Cleveland too. :-" :-" \:D/ \:D/
  9. LOL @ the last image.
  10. It was a rough couple of days and totally my fault, but still worth it. Honestly as Cubs fans it's like we all won the championship. There will never be a better sports moment.
  11. And since I feel like sharing, I was so delirious, drunk and happy after we won, I basically proposed to my gf at the time. Unfortunately that part of the night was/is pretty hazy so she was, let's say not pleased with me the next few days. We broke up shortly thereafter. My only regret is probably getting a bit too drunk but I'm sure I wasn't the only one who needed some nerve-calming juice that night.
  12. I'm not married and don't have any kids so that was probably the best moment of my life. Only time I ever went into shock, either. (Besides when I got hit by a car and thought I broke my leg).
  13. Was it raining? Honestly I was too drunk to remember.
  14. Yeah, just checked the weather. Of course a beautiful 72 and sunny today though!
  15. Watching any video from the 2016 WS will always give me the right kind of tingles. Can't wait to watch this series to get some residuals knowing what happened right there. But WTF was with the "basket of deplorables" thing?
