  1. New York and Philly played each other last season in game 82, winner got into the playoffs, loser didn't. It went to SO.
  2. Is the 7th seed the highest we can attain? Why would it be? Obviously the Anaheim/LA winner will have more points. But the Hawks catch (and would win the tiebreaker) either PHX or Nashville with a regulation loss by either of them and a ROW for Chicago. Hawks can get as high as 5th, with the following: Chicago ROW PHX regulation loss Nashville regulation loss LA/ANA does not go to OT
  3. Well, it cleans things up, only Chicago and Dallas haven't clinched.
  4. His only career complete game came with the Cubs on 6/14/05, it was 5 hits. http://www.baseball-reference.com/boxes/CHN/CHN200506140.shtml hahaha Please don't shoot me.

  6. Traditional doubleheader tomorrow because of tonight's postponement. Love seeing that.
  7. Yeah, I managed to out think myself on that one. The good news is, that means that a spot can indeed be wrapped up tomorrow night.
  8. I know I'm talking to myself, but how are 3 way ties broken? Because 3 could very well be tied at 97 for 7th, 8th, 9th
  9. Chicago has 38 row's to their 37 Meaning the Hawks could clinch Saturday night.

  11. I think they ought to panic and make a 46 player trade (23 from each side except SS and closer) with the Cubs while paying the difference in payroll. If that's too difficult, they should panic into a deal of Gonzalez, Pedroia, and Crawford for Pena, DeWitt, and Soriano. :yahoo: An unusually realistic trade idea from you.
  12. And of course, the 2006 Cards with losing streaks of 8, 8, and 7.
  13. Guys, I'm pulling up Pacer tickets left and right.
  14. It's pretty simple. That was a really, really bad defensive play even if Nuts and Gum disagrees. He never said that. You sound stupid.
  15. In the post game Quade says Pena sprained his thumb while fielding.
  16. This was the 4th shutout of the season, 2nd at home. 28 Fri, Dec 3, 2010 Vancouver Canucks L 0 3 71 Thu, Mar 17, 2011 @ Dallas Stars L 0 5 76 Tue, Mar 29, 2011 @ Boston Bruins L 0 3
  17. Usually doesn't happen after the game is over.
  18. I apparently was two minutes behind real time on my DVR, and ruined the Colvin play by reading this. Dammit.
  19. The RF bleachers? I thought the sections immediately above the well areas were alcohol free. Prior to the renovations, LF was the alcohol free section, and RF was the "group" section. After the renovation, the "Bleacher Box" seats were installed and prices were jacked up.
