    I'd go with Fargas. He ran all over the Chiefs D last week, who give up an average of 109.0 rushing yards/game this season. The Broncos give up more than that, at 146.7, the 4th worst in the NFL. McGahee is solid, but he's going against NE. Wouldn't start TJ, even though Miami's rush D is terrible too.

    I'm shocked people here kind of like Jack Wilson. He was solid last year, and solid in 04 (.308/.335/.459 with 11 HRs and 59 RBI), but other than that his career numbers are absolutely horrid. Other than 04 and 07 when he had an OPS+ of 104 and 105 respectively, he hasn't put up an OPS+ of above 77 in any of his five other seasons. He's absolutely terrible, and Ryan Theriot's 72 OPS+ last year is very comparable to the rest of Wilson's career. With that pretty awful contract, there is no need to even think about Jack Wilson, as I have no doubt Theriot could put up the same or better numbers for a fraction of the cost. It should also be noted that I despise Ryan Theriot, and don't even think he should be anything more than the 25th man next year. That's how much I dislike the idea of Wilson at SS.

    And that would be pretty bogus. Explain to me why Illinois deserves a BCS spot over Missouri. I'm all ears. don't you remember? illinois almost beat missouri. i don't think anyone is saying illinois deserves a bcs spot over missouri....it's just that if osu makes the nc, the rose bowl is going to select illinois as their replacement. i know. i'm just going to be unbelievably bitter if we lose to OU and end up in the JoeSchmoe.org Bowl while three-loss teams are ending up in BCS games.

    *****Wet Blanket Alert***** The most important thing is for these kids to get a good education. Something like this wouldn't help. How would it hurt? More games, less study time. Don't worry, the professors would give them plenty of help.

    I didn't hate him last year. I wasn't keen on him two years ago, my freshman year, but he's really grown as a coach since last year. I'm glad the AD stuck with him, it would've been very easy to fire him after 04 and 05.

    Go away. Pinkel has finally become a good coach over the past two years who knows how to make in-game adjustments. Plus, he's finally getting some Top 25 recruiting classes, along with the fact that he's not a robot when talking to the media anymore, and actually shows some emotion from time to time. Get your own coach. In all honesty, I think Pinkel ends his career (whenever that may be) as a Tiger. I don't see him taking any other jobs before he calls it quits.

    Martin Rucker and Chase Coffman got screwed. Rucker was named to the All-Big 12 Second Team for TE, while Coffman was an honorable mention.
