  1. OSU mounting the comeback now. It's still only the 3rd quarter, long way to go.
  2. Heh...heh heh...heheheheh...hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. It's nice to dream and all...but that ain't happening. Ok. But when it does there will be a lot of college fb fans in this country who will have to eat crow. Also after thinking about the Illinois non-fumble. You cannot review a play that the ref has ruled down. I forgot that rule. I think that is why they should rule them all fumbles and let the replay sort it out. No there won't. Ohio State will get absolutely destroyed by LSU in the national title game if they make it there. The reason I would give LSU a advantage in that game is because it will be a home game for them. Not because they are a better team. They also wouldnt win by more than a TD. I also dont think they are going to make it. LSU is a better team, they are going to make it, and they will win by 20 or more. You did watch last year's title game right? Ohio State is a worse team than the one that got their asses handed to them that day. While I don't disagree, I think NUN's point is valid. Every major bowl game the Big 10 plays is a road game for them, and basically a home game for the opposition by virtue of the location of the games.
  3. OSU just slicing and dicing Illini D.
  4. I can't believe the officials, and both announcers both missed that one. It was obvious to me that it was a fumble at full speed. Not difficult to see at all. Where was replay on that? I always root for Illinois over OSU too. But that's just terrible.
  5. Big 10 officials having a weekend to forget.
  6. Umm, that's a fumble and Ohio State football.
  7. They're playing without their 4-year starting QB and their heisman-candidate RB. They also are playing with a rookie QB who doesn't have a clue. Not many teams would be very good under these circumstances. Ugh-injuries are part of the game! Badgers are playing through even more injuries. The Wolverines D is the problem, not their offense. I'm not saying injuries aren't part of the game, but take away 2 of the top 3 offensive players for any team and they're not going to be nearly as good as they should be. Game over. Wisconsin is playing without Hill & Swan, 2 of their top 3 players on offense. I guess that evens the score then.
  8. Plus, if you really think Hart is going to be the Heisman winner this year you are sorely mistaken. Wisconsin has been playing with a smattering of 3rd string runners all day, a ton of injuries on defense, OLine injuries. So let's stop with the injury excuses.
  9. They're playing without their 4-year starting QB and their heisman-candidate RB. They also are playing with a rookie QB who doesn't have a clue. Not many teams would be very good under these circumstances. I wasn't attempting to evaluate the injury situation. They are being propped up by the refs in this game for reasons unknown. That's just a fact.
  10. LOL, I think it's a complete joke that Michigan is in a position to win this one now. Does anyone really think this is a good football team?
  11. BTW, that was another helmet-to-helmet shot by Michigan on Donovan, this time not called by the refs. And Donovan is now out.
  12. I don't understand why the refs continue to prop up the Wolverines. Maybe they hate the BCS too. 'Cuz if Michigan makes the BCS there's going to be riots in the streets.
  13. Michigan can't stop him and they can't stop Wisconsin on 3rd down. It should be a shutout right now. 23-0. Only a terrible call by the refs has given Michigan any points whatsoever. This is a team that will be playing for a BCS bid next week? That's a joke, and everyone knows it. To their defense they are playing without their starting QB and RB. Wisconsin at home is a pretty tough game also. Also since the little 11 is so bad it is interesting to see that if MSU, Iowa and NWestern win the Big Ten will have 10 bowl eligible teams. All 3 teams are winning That is true, although other teams are playing with injury it's not just Michigan. And as for Hart, he's always injured. I wouldn't touch him in the draft earlier than the 3rd round if I was a NFL scout. If you're pinning your hopes on an injury-prone player like Mike Hart, then you just aren't a very good football team. That's how I look at it.

  15. I think a lot of teams underestimate Donovan's ability to run from the pocket. He's very good in that aspect of the game. Michigan is having some trouble accounting for him.
  16. no comment Dude, I'm not a Wisconsin fan, despite living in Madison. Defender clearly caught that and the receiver reached in afterwards. Truffle is agreeing with you, but is not commenting because people tell him he complains too much about Michigan. Ahh, I see :)

  18. Wow Wisconsin just got absolutely raped on a call by the officials. Defender clearly had the ball first, they ruled it a "simultaenous catch." 17-7 Wisc.
  19. Could be setting up a BCS nightmare here. If Mich goes on to lose, then by some chance beats OSU next week, then they go to the BCS even with 3 losses. And I really don't care if Mich wins next week, OSU is still the better team, so that's a travesty right there. BCS would then likely be obligated to give OSU an at-large, which would bump someone else who is probably more deserving than Mich.
  20. I think I'd rather have TT than Deng, to be honest. At the rate TT is improving, yeah, I'd have to agree with that. He looks on his way to becoming a legitimate 16/10 guy in only year 2. Of course, LaMarcus already is. Deng already should be able to average over 20 with Kobe. Thing is, i don't really know where Tyrus will wind up. But going into the season the talk was that TT wasn't what the Lakers wanted, it was Deng. If the icebreaker on this deal is that TT is starting to develop so he's attractive to the Lakers, then I've got to make that deal to bring the world's greatest basketball player to Chicago.
  21. If TT plays well and it causes the Lakers to take him instead of Deng, I'm on board with that.
  22. Meh
  23. I prefer that he not take up offices in New York like everyone else. Actually, that's probably one of the very few things I like about Bud Selig.
  24. I am not aware of even the slightest indication that ARod has ever used PEDs. And again -- ESPN was on this morning saying that this report is FALSE. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=3100824
  25. I heard that this report was false -- they simply asked for 11 free agents to talk. It wasn't that 11 current FAs are going to be named.
