    Would you want to be the one to take Z out because of a pitch count on his way of a no-hitter? I didn't think so... Depends how much I'd get paid to do it :P

    Exactly. Alright I can live with that then. I'm just worried about the guy. I want to see this in the playoffs, as much as I'm loving it now.

    He'll likely need to go well over 100 pitches to get the no-no. I'm torn. What if it kills Z's shoulder? Obviously I want to see the first no-no since forever.

    I really don't like the Chargers, but they got ripped off something fierce in that game. Something's got to be done about officials blowing the whistle too soon. I don't know what -- maybe some kind of intense training with shock therapy 8-) But something needs to be done about that crap.

    Yeah, the run, run and short dump pass offense isn't going to cut it. And there are few things more frustrating that not being able to hit the receiver who has beaten his man. Ever. But the play calling is more frustrating, which is saying something. Still, if Greg Olson hangs on to the football and McKie doesn't decide to go penalty happy, it's a win. We handed this one back today unfortunately.

    In the grand scheme of things it doesn't really hurt that much. We go 1-1 on our 2 game road trip, that's not too bad for a team that wasn't expected to do anything this year.

    Setting up nicely for the Panthers 4Q comeback. Offense just went to sleep, face it. Can't shoot yourself in the foot like that over & over on the road. Doesn't work like that.
