Well of course I don't want him to step up if he is going to get clobbered. Did you really think I meant that? I think jay throws off his back foot a lot more that when it is imperative. If he can maintain the kind of low-turnover consistency he has shown the past several games, I don't see why it matters. He's proven that he *can* do it. So if he does it, then his passing form is not really an issue. Any more than it would be with other non-traditional, successful QBs. It's not the source of trouble. Decision-making consistency is where the focus should be.
