  1. They can't come back from this. There's nothing happening that would lead one to believe they will turn this game around.
  2. I realize we're getting beat but Lovie isn't helping matters passing on 6 possible points.
  3. What was that? We needed to try and force points there. You've got one of the best FG kickers in the league and its under 50 yards. What THE EFF
  4. Well, he wasn't doing this last week and he's not being pressured on those throws. So I'm not sure why he would be overthrowing today. The Packers aren't doing anything to cause it.
  5. It figures the Packers would be the rare team that gets a 2nd bite of the star QB apple.
  6. They'd need to make some kind of play to turn things around. Giving them the ball @ the 50 or closer = more Packer points. Sooner or later, they will score.
  7. Oh, this is a scary down.
  8. I don't want to take out Rodgers by doing what GB did to McMahon. If you can't beat GB by playing fair they take your lumps and go home. So if Peppers or Urlacher hurts Rodgers the Bears should forfeit? Oh stop.
  9. Yuk. Bad scenarios playing out for us.
  10. Yeah false starts pretty can't happen at all in this game. Get it together.
  11. It would be the only way. But it is a risk.
  12. Part of their job description When you don't make the catch, pop up and cry for a flag.
  13. Kuuuuuuhn.
  14. Already out to the 50.
  15. What adjustments? I seriously don't know what could be done to stop that.
  16. I don't see how we would stop that. Rodgers is great at doing those quick drops with the slants, and finding that soft area between the corner and safety. Pressuring him is not going to happen because those aren't full drops into the pocket. They could try jumping routes, or punching the ball out. But that's about it.
  17. Yeah -- just way too easy for him.
  18. You know, his right to be fat should end where my right to eat without vomiting begins. Good Lord.
  19. Would also be nice to play like you're on a power play -- when you are, in fact, on a power play.
  20. The puck was still loose. Someone get in there and knock the damn puck out of the crease.
  21. I think the Bears need to play nearly flawless football to win today. All the things the Bears do when they look good: better protection for Cutler, good yardage in the running game, forcing turnovers, no turnovers themselves. Good field position/returns from the special teams units/Hester. All these things must be present for the Bears to take the game. This isn't like other games we've played this year, obviously. The Packers are a team that has sputtered at times during the year because of injuries, and figuring out areas of their game that weren't quite there. Now they've put a lot of those things together at the right time. They're on a hot streak, and there's no reason they won't be at their peak today. It's just really hard to take a team like that out. Think Giants a few years ago when they put it all together just in time for the playoffs. I don't want to sound too negative because yes, the Bears can win this game. But it's going to be very, very difficult to do so. I hope they're ready. The good thing is, this Bears club has a lot of playoff experience on the roster. They know what they're up against, and what it will take to make this happen.
  22. A word to wiser women though: take a peek behind the VIP rope. If Kung Fu Panda Ben and his Pandettas are there, might wanna skip to the next club on the list.
