On what basis? Texas beat OU (slimly, albeit) and lost to Tech in Lubbock (very, very slimly). I don't think they should. You have a triangle of wins between OU/Tech/Texas. Tech has the worst schedule of the 3, with no games of note beside the 3 south teams, and 2 of those 3 were at home. OU has non-con wins over Cincy and TCU, in addition to Tech(in this scenario). Texas has OU, Mizzou, and OSU. So, I'd say that Texas probably deserves to stay in front this week, but OU would probably deserve to jump them if they beat OSU next week. After they beat OSU, I don't think I'd have a big problem with it.
