Alright, Warpticon has been MIA for about 27 hours now, so I guess I'll make the pick. He had mentioned previously that the Dolphins needed to shore up their lines, especially the interior. He said he didn't go that route in the first round because guys at that point would have been a reach. At this point, though, most of those guys are still around, including one who I think is a very good value in the later stages of the early second round. So, with the 44th pick in the draft, the Dolphins select offensive lineman Max Unger from Oregon. Unger was a center with the Ducks, but has the versatility to move out to guard or even tackle. He's big (6'4", 309) and quite athletic. He should at least beef up the Dolphins' depth wherever they would put him, if not start somewhere on the line. Skyballer and I are now up with the next pick. I think I know where he wants to go, but I'll give him some time to make the pick himself. I'll PM him.
