McCoy's faster than Crompton and was more productive, but he also had vastly more talent than Crompton and was playing in an offense very conducive to a high completion % – lots of screens and slants in the games I watched. I question whether McCoy has a strong enough arm and how many reads he can go through. Crompton has nearly all the physical skills you can want – very strong arm, decent mobility, accurate when playing well – but he was very unproductive, partially due to lack of talent around him, partially because he just struggles with the game mentally. I couldn't really argue putting McCoy over Crompton, but I don't think the gap is huge. As for Brown, I like his strong arm and his plus mobility. He's a heavy developmental guy, but I think he has far more upside than McCoy. Skelton is similar to Crompton, but he was more productive in college.
