  1. What's wrong with that? What would you give the Cardinals if that was found to be a trapped ball? There were two outs and the runners were on the move when he hit that.
  2. Win or lose, this has been a fun game to watch.
  3. Can't tell if that bounced in his glove or hit the ground.
  4. That was quite possibly the most bizarre inning I've seen in my lifetime.
  5. I want Tony LaRussa to counter with a move like that in the bottom of the 9th.

  7. Regardless of the outcome of this game, it has entertained me greatly.
  8. Been awhile since we've seen a successful two-way player in baseball.
  9. I want to get a job where I can just make [expletive] up with no repercussions. Politics and sports are the only two places I can think of where that is the case.
  10. Well, when you have a female dog and you're not letting her outside...
  11. Lay off the borderline pitch, swing at the crap. Sounds about right.
  12. We're tying the game if Bradley gets an AB this inning.
  13. Jake Fox looks like a deer in headlights behind the plate. This is delightful.
  14. We did. His name was Corey Patterson. He ran into Don Baylor and Dusty Baker, which effectively ended his career.
  15. Yankees with A-Rod. Yeah, that's the only one I could think of. It happens periodically in baseball, though. Remember when Pujols had that oblique problem? Or Lance Berkman's knee? Or that time Prince Fielder had to go on the DL with a dislocated jaw because he tried to swallow a honey-baked ham whole? Prince is a vegetarian so it was a big salad. Like the one Elaine likes. Way I hear it, he called it a salad because it had a parsley garnish.
