    They can do whatever they want with the rules in ST. Lou and Yost probably just agreed that they wanted to see more hitters play to take a look at them or whatever and thus agreed on using a D.H.

    I'm really shocked that so many people have so much love for the brewers. We beat them out last year (granted, barely) and they didn't really get any better. We did. EDIT: well, I suppose they did shape up their pen a bit - but they also have Kendall as their starting catcher now..

    Well of course, but if he wasn't as fast he wouldn't beat nearly as many of them out. I'm not trying to say he's a speed racer, and I'm not even saying he's faster than Fontenot (I really don't remember how fast Fontenot is/isn't) - Im just saying he's got what seems to be above average speed.

    I'm behind this whole list - except here. I loved the Farns. And yes, it's mostly because he threw really hard and punched someone in the face. Immature or not, that was awesome. I vote you replace him with Felix Heredia. God I hated him so much.

    Probably the fact that he's fairly fast. Granted, he's no Joey Gathright, but you don't get that many infield singles by being slow.

    One would think that hurdles would be his thing. He's crazy fast and can jump like that. Maybe the high jump? I don't know - maybe baseball just isn't his thing.

Player A: .295/.353/.892 Player B: .324/.403/.950 Guess which one is Hart Hint: It's the one with worse stats. Magglio had a higher OPS than Vlad or Hart last year, and if I'm picking a team right now, I take Hart over either of them. Magglio didn't even pop into my head - good catch. And if we're picking a team for the future - I certainly agree. Hart is younger and Vlad is declining. However, even in his decline - at this moment he's still going to put up better numbers than hart most likely. Maggs too.

    One of the guys in one of my fantasy leagues yesterday was bragging about how awesome his team was and how he was going to rake this year. He was starting Longoria and Salty. Heh Heh Heh.

    That's a shame. It's like a drug you can't quit even tough you keep telling yourself it's the last time. I can stop anytime I want I quit for two months one time just to prove I could, then I decided to start again because I obviously wasn't addicted.

    I've had the error message before, but it's always at the time when you'd think the traffic on NSBB would be way down, at like 2 AM or 6AM, or some other random time. I've never had problems with it during the day. Yeah, this is my experience with it as well.

    Honestly. If defense is what the cubs were worried about Floyd should have never ever ever EVER played. He had the range of a coat rack with a glove hanging on it.

    As someone who's four months older than Theriot, I resent the statement he's "closing in on 30." We're all younger than we think we are. :P =D> You're old.

    I hate this teams inconsistency too. They love to hand people jobs based on a good spring training (See: Theriot) but all murton has done is bat .344 this spring and yet he gets sent to AAA
