  1. Just realized that if TB wins the Super Bowl, Tom Brady will have more career playoff wins than every other franchise in NFL history Right now: Patriots - 37 Steelers - 36 Packers - 36 Cowboys - 35 Brady - 34 Brady is well on his way to winning today. He would pass the Cowboys and tie the Packers en route to Super Bowl. The only team that could mess that up would be the Steelers but they would have to make it to the Super Bowl.
  2. Daboll is more interesting than another student of a great coach. Don’t get me wrong, he worked under Belichick and Reid but he’s not being plucked right from there. He is the OC for a defensive minded head coach so presumably should get a ton of credit for the Bills offense. It just seems like a really nice fit, but I suspect there will be multiple teams that are hot after him and the McCaskeys will probably end up falling in love with Caldwell’s leadership or something and another team will want him more.
  3. Those FTs were ugly as hell too. I didn't see the last 2 FTs, but the first 2 looked like they had no shot at going in.
  4. 1-4 in our last 5 dammit
  5. Wasnt going to follow the game today because the last 2 bummed me out. On a whim i checked the score and saw they were up 112-106 with 1:45 left. Thought it was safe to turn on. Now I'm horsefeathering bummed even more
  6. Tying yourself to a guy with like 40 sexual assault allegations is definitely an interesting strategy
  7. I'm thinking when they say not expected to miss significant time they mean like a week or so. Could be wrong though
  8. This is like the COVID stuff all over again but with real injuries Lavine Caruso Green Jones Jr Cook Possibly Ball
  9. Curious about how long he might be out if he avoided a serious knee injury. So glad that we're thinking its not serious...the dude deserves to get paid not go into FA rehabbing an ACL tear
  10. From what I’ve read, that doesn’t make it any more or less likely to tear again
  11. The Bulls have now played 10 quarters on ESPN this year (2.5 games). They have been outscored 335-252 in those 10 quarters
  12. Haha I’m an idiot. woj just said they don’t believe the injury is serious
  13. Didn’t look particularly bad. Got an offensive rebound, felt something, threw the ball away, and just walked straight to the locker room. The Bulls might lose by 70 tonight. There have been plenty of players that tore their ACL and showed no outward signs of pain. Curtis Enis once played an entire game with a torn ACL. The fact that he showed no pain was actually more concerning to me
  14. Non contact knee injury is almost always the ACL. His season is over and probably part of next season
  15. Some reports out there from both a Browns and Bears source (our buddy Jeff) that the Bears were really impressed with Glenn Cook Interesting connection - he actually played for the Cubs rookie ball team awhile back. https://www.baseball-reference.com/register/player.fcgi?id=cook--003gle
  16. Caruso still in protocols tonight which sucks but the Warriors won’t have Green or Klay tonight
  17. Thanks for sharing. Interesting to read about some of the stuff we've wondered about for years. What a disaster organization lol. That said all it takes is the right hires at GM and coach and a lot of the issues are irrelevant
  18. I guess? I haven't watched him a ton but I keep reading that he's improved his game especially and is sort of a glue guy for the team. I'm sure there are multiple better options in the West (KAT, Gobert, Ayton, etc) but I don't think he'd be a completely ridiculous selection.
  19. Funny you say that because I saw this tweet today: Very cherry picked so it doesn't refute your point but I don't think he's been as bad as many think.
  20. Think the Nets are just relentless offensively. They keep up with you even when you are playing and shooting well. Then you go on a cold spell and they keep on scoring and you start to force things. Next thing you know you’re down 20. Also the Bulls have had a trend really of bad 3rd quarters this year (though ironically it was the opposite against Detroit)
  21. I 100% think he is. Earlier in the season he went on this huge rant defending Nagy, I think it was before the Bucs game. He was defending him to anyone who responded to him. The next day after the game, he now was railing against Nagy in a way that was basically pretending that he never had the previous rant and that he had always been against Nagy.
  22. Think it’s something like 25th in defensive efficiency over the last 12 games. Really need Caruso and Green back but I’m not sure if that solves the issues on its own
