He has a really bad tendency to wait too long for some giant hole to develop, and all it does is give the defense time to end the play. Yep. For one it’s not college and those giant holes don’t pop up often. And for another know your personnel, you think this garbage line is opening giant holes ever?

It’s not fan cope. Literally should have won the last 2 games if not for dumb plays. Even if you go 1-1 in those games you have the commanders game where it took a Velus fumble inside the 10 yard line and Mooney coming up 1 inch short at the end of the game. Win 2 of those 3 games and were .500 You could say the Texans game was a 50/50 game where the Texans made dumb plays to give the Bears the win but the other 2 wins were by double digits

Schemes mean nothing without talent. I'm fine keeping him another year. Take the Top 3 pick, trade down for a king's ransom, and restock the lines through the draft.
