    Not sure if these are related to the issues above but when visiting NSBB the last couple of days, there is an ad that shows up that repeatedly plays a video in full screen mode....like its happened 3 times since I started typing this post. It looks like it's a Southwest ad. Makes the site completely unusable on desktop

    We're going to San Diego anyways (lol) but did anyone get lucky with the WC lottery? I've literally never gotten selected and I've entered into every lottery possible since they started doing it in 2008. The Cubs must hate me for using 300 windows to get through the virtual waiting room to get tickets to the 2007 NLDS before they implemented the lottery.

    Does that probability consider that the Cubs sort of don't care if they win, and the Brewers really want to ensure they don't play the Cubs in the NLDS so they're tanking to SD? (im being irrational, this is just super annoying)

    How do they probably still get #4 seed? They might since they have a small lead but the way they are playing right now it’s not particularly promising. From 5 games up with 8 games to go to 1.5 games up with 5 games to go.

    Also a little humorous that once again opponents don’t see to have trouble hitting HRs into the wind but the Cubs seemingly can’t.

    I mean I get it. The Mets are desperately trying to stay in the playoff race and just came back from a 5 run deficit. The Cubs quest to secure home games in the WC round is nowhere near as compelling to a national audience.
