I really wish Soriano would have played that triple better. Things might have turned out differently. -
No one is suggesting that Theriot should be hitting third. And to be honest hitting into a lot of DPs isnt the end of the world is you are doing everything else right. Vlad actually has more DPs than Lee, but then again Vlad's OPS is a career low .847

Obviously it didn't happen but this would be a bad idea as well. High likelihood that Reed gets thrown out which would mean Dempster would lead off the next inning, which wouldn't be good. This catcher is 4 for 18 at throwing out runners after throwing out Theriot earlier in the game. Not a high % move, but if you are going to try to have someone steal third, I'd rather have done it in that situation

When the Cubs get beat to the bag but actually get in there before the tag, we always say "oh well they are going to give you that call when you're beaten to the bag." However when another team does it against the Cubs, they manage to get the call correct.

Dear Commissioner Selig, Please contract the Marlins and blow up this stadium immediately. I have thought about this extensively and have determined that the Dolphins can just play at the Orange Bowl. Thank you for your consideration.

2 on 0 outs and your 4 hitter up...wow. I don't care how bad the catcher is at throwing out runners, thats just not a smart decision. If its the 8 spot in the order its more defensable but this is a really really bad choice

Man we were getting hits with RISP like crazy in Atlanta, but here in our house of horrors its so bad that I don't expect to see a hit with RISP. This is turning out to be as frustrating as the Florida series in Chicago.

How come Dempster didn't move the bat at all on that bunt attempt

I have no idea why a guy with a .395 SLG is hitting 5th in the order. It just doesn't make sense. Just like it makes no sense to face a RHP and have him be your only lefty. (he actually has a better BA vs. LHP)
