I feel like this is the first national TV Bulls game since opening week Except for the game against the Lakers last Thursday and the game against the Cavs the Thursday before.. This season is starting to slip away. Within the last week the Bulls are 0-4 and have been blown out all 4 times and their coach has openly questioned their effort to the media. I think Tyrus being out is hurting them big time. Taj Gibson is not the answer... Also BG leaving is killing the team. If the Bulls don't play better, their talent is not going to look as appealing to potential FAs next year.

They lost 8-0 to Phoenix in 06-07. EDIT: And back in 1992-93, they lost 13-1 to Calgary. Damn, I must have missed that one. Moot point now...Sharks on the comeback trail haha

I looked all the way back to the 02-03 season, and in that time frame the Sharks had not lost a game by 7 goals.

You should join the bandwagon. I was indifferent towards the Hawks for several years despite growing up a big big fan (early to mid 90s) and I got back on 2 seasons ago and am enjoying everything about it.

The Hawks are controlling the puck like they are on a power play. The Sharks can't clear it!

BTW, don't know if it was mentioned but the Hawks are number 1 in ESPN.com's power rankings. Pretty sweet...I don't think they were number 1 at all last year so this is probably the first time since the power rankings were created that the Hawks are on top.

It's time to see if the Blackhawks are really above the mediocrity and depression that is Chicago sports. If they are no different than the Bears and Bulls, Hossa will come out, give up 4 own goals and the Blackhawks lose big.

How about the Cubs should get the All Star game because Chicago is the greatest city ever? There, that's reason enough for me.

I'd like to see a competitive game rather than get blown out 3 games in a row....if you remember teams like the 04-05 Bulls would play the best of teams and win a few but stay competitive in most.

So much for a surprising team this season. They'll play better once they get back to the central time zone, but this is a .500/7th seed of the playoffs type of team. Guess we just gotta keep the focus on the FA market this offseason and realize we're basically punting this season anyways.

If the White Sox are considering non tendering him, then surely theyd rather get something in return. Fox would be a great fit for them as a DH instead of going after another old guy. I haven't read anything that suggests the Sox are considering non tendering Jenks, just media speculation about non tender possibilities. -
Jake Fox has no value as anything but a throw in. Bobby Jenks does have value. Obviously this trade would never ever happen.

Illegal forward pass anyway The thing that you don't mention is that he was going down at the Ravens 40 yard line, so they are about 25 yards away from a FG try with 17 seconds left. Very hard to do but not impossible. It's not like he was going down at the 20 yard line, where the odds are significantly worse to get a FG try.
