    lmao Reds are 1-11 in one run games and they gonna just mow us down for the final 9 outs. Of course they'll probably tack on 2-3 more runs so it wont be a 1 run game.

    Cant believe the NFL made the Bears play in the HOF game, give up one of their home games for a game in London and made them the Hard Knocks team all in the same season. I love it though

    What starters are left to return? Just Wicks right? Our pen is still pretty bad. It will help to get him back but I don't think in house options alone will make the bullpen decent.

    Am I reading this pessimistically? Probably...but this is what Carter Hawkins said the other day about going after a big bat: On the surface this seems logical, but based on how we've seen Jed and co operate, it sounds like a FO that is going to be hesitant to pull the trigger on any major moves that would sacrifice the prospect capital they've built up.

    Cubs are now 206-233 since Jed's "retool not a rebuild" began. We're in the 4th year of that retool. In the 4th year of "we're going to lose on purpose and not apologize for it" gut rebuild, Theo's Cubs won 97 games and made the NLCS.
