Love has a 132 QB rating and Jones is averaging 6.2 YPC but sure other than that I guess they tackled a guy in bounds and knocked a TD pass away at the last second
Wow crazy lucky to be down 7-6 at halftime.
Dropped TD, missed chip shot FG, bailed out by the chain gang on a Bears FG drive, botched a scoring situation at the end of the half.
Could easily be 21-3
If the Bears want to prove they have turned the corner you don’t beat up on the Cardinals and Falcons at home and go 7-10 against a cupcake schedule. You go to your middling arch rival who has dominated you the last 30 years and you knock them out of the playoffs.
So umm wtf is with that headline? Unless I’m missing something the Bears are not mentioned at all, just that multiple teams are interested and he mentions the Raiders and Chargers. Misleading headline from Brett
edit: completely disregard my page stopped loading for some reason and missed the bottom half. Thanks @WrigleyField 22 for correcting me
22 points allowed while forcing 3 turnovers should have been enough to win that game. The offense did absolutely nothing except a couple nice runs from Jones to lead to the only offensive TD and a short FG drive. Such a winnable game that was within 1 score in the 4th quarter until Grossman threw the pick 6 but everyone seems to remember it as a blowout.
I have to admit I kind of tuned out the Blackhawks for awhile but I follow their scores. Seems like they’ve been getting blown out a ton lately. It’s fine that they are terrible but I’m wondering if they should be at least a little better this year. I figured with Bedard, advancing some of the prospects and a few moves made in the offseason they’d take a small step and just be regular terrible instead of bottom of the league terrible.
I know the Hall has been injured since early on and Perry did something to get himself booted off the team so maybe that explains why they seem to be worse off
I have not watched it as I'm kind of over the detailed QB breakdowns for our current QB but based the comments on the Fields breakdown video O'Sullivan did, it doesn't sound like he was as positive about the performance against ATL as many thought coming out of the game.
Honestly nice idea but I don’t care to comment on the Cubs until they do something in consequence in the offseason because participating in this exercise looking back to 2023 would only remind me of how they had a 93% chance of making the playoffs and blew it.
