  1. I have no answers for how this franchise has handled the OLine. I don't think there *ARE* answers for it. Hopefully we Brandon Marshall up the offensive line this offseason
  2. Well they made the NFC title game with a similarly bad line just 2 years ago.
  3. Meh, the regular officials do it too. It's my biggest gripe of the instant replay system. The rules clearly state that you need conclusive evidence that the play should be reversed. It is not a judgement call, but too many refs play it that way No "meh." It was a terrible decision by the ref. Quite obviously not conclusive, and a bizarre call to overturn based on it. My meh was to saying the stupid decision was because of the replacement refs, when I'm pretty sure a regular ref would overturn that. Not enough evidence to overturn. Doubt they should. I understand, thats exactly what I was arguing above. I'm saying that refs always make judgement calls on replays and don't abide by the "conclusive evidence to overturn" rule, and its not just replacement refs. I agree that its the wrong call and I hate it passionately.
  4. Answer me this, how does the offensive line get worse every year and Mike Tice gets freaking promoted? I know the talent he's working with sucks, but he's the one insisting that he can make adequate players out of Webb and Louis and whoever else.
  5. Regardless, it was clearly to close to overturn Replacement refs buckling to home crowds. Meh, the regular officials do it too. It's my biggest gripe of the instant replay system. 6. Just when we start to get something going, are almost in FG range, and this [expletive] happens

  8. OK hold them to a FG after that BS extension of the drive
  9. Regardless, it was clearly to close to overturn
  10. I just rewound it. It was really close, but I think Roach got off the field just as the ball was being snapped. I think its too close to overturn but who knows with these replacement refs Edit: Nevermind thats BS
  11. He's killed the Bears in the past hasn't he? Yeah but he's also mr. dropsies
  12. Hmmm, the Bears must have had 12 men on the field if they are wasting a challenge on it. Dammit.
  13. There's the Finley we know and love
  14. Didn't the Packers have the 32nd ranked pass rush in the NFL last year? I know they had I think 5 sacks on Smith last week but still. I can't believe this Packer committment to running is actually kind of working
  15. Thought I saw the game time temperature was something like 51 degrees
  16. No, just Dwight Freeny
  17. Jay's first completion is for -2 yards. Yay
  18. This is embarassing.
  19. Wow that could have been bad Edit: JuPep!
  20. everyone should try to get away with everyone with the replacement refs. I'm pretty sure I read that refs gave out a crapload more pass interference penalties last week than in a normal week. So if anything they are throwing the flags too much.
  21. Do the Packers think they are fooling anyone with this supposed commitment to the run and no huddle offense?
  22. Terrible first 2 offensive possessions, ruined almost completely by the offensive line. Following the script of the Indy game so far, hopefully without the pick 6
  23. [expletive], these are inexcusible penalties.
  24. Man we need Dwight Freeny to leave the game in the worst way.
  25. OK lets try not to lose 13 yards on first down this time.
