  1. Another great Podlesh punt
  2. You go for it on 4th and short on the other side of the field. Don't blame Lovie, blame Bush and the interior run blocking. And definitely Earl Bennett who cost the Bears 7 points. They'd been getting stuffed on that play all game, including the play before I believe. I don't think it was completely outrageous of a call, but I would have taken the points, especially because there's no guarantee that they get the TD even if they convert. If they were to go for it, I certainly would have called a different play, like a sneak.
  3. I don't know what's crazier, that we are losing at halftime, or that the Bears are going to go an entire half without using a timeout.
  4. He didnt catch that but they called it a TD on the field
  5. holy [expletive] [expletive]
  6. Seattle on pace for 450 yards of offense today
  7. Unreal. Thanks Lovie and Earl Bennett
  8. Well Seattle is almost certainly going to score now unless we get a TO
  9. Ugh, 1:44, 2 TOs and most likely decent field position.
  10. Ugh, we might be putting them in a position to score before halftime.
  11. Bears have clearly outplayed the Seahawks. Didn't get points on a 70-yard drive and Earl Bennett's drop. They've out gained us in total yards, passing yards and rushing yards. We are averaging 2.8 yards per rush, they are averaging 6.8. They had a promising drive taken away fumble that might have gone the other way if it was called down on the field, and were unlucky to not be able to fall on the 2 Bears fumbles, one of them being inside the Bears 15 yard line. I'm not saying they are dominating us, but I definitely wouldn't say we have clearly outplayed them. Yards per play: Seattle: 8.1 Chicago: 5.6
  12. I wasnt worried before the game, but I feel like if we don't make good adjustments defensively at halftime, I could be worried. I also think that the missed 10 points we pretty much threw away adds to the worry.
  13. OK Lovie, you owe us at least 3 points, lets get them back before halftime. Very disappointing drive. I'm worried about the defense today. Way too many big plays allowed Total Yards: Seattle: 185 Chicago; 157
  14. And we're about to be tied in a half the Bears should have dominated
  15. There goes the field position
  16. I can excuse him for a bad throw when he just made a nearly perfect one 40 yards down field to a wide open guy.
  17. That happened in slow motion.. I really thought for a second he had it. Earl must feel like such a POS. Perfect throw. And the drive ends
  18. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EARL
  19. Hmmm...ok Tice, might need to try to draw up some different running plays
  20. He didnt challenge. I thought thats why the ref came out and explained that the play couldnt be challenged. I dunno I have a lot of distractions in the room I'm watching in, and an itchy finger for ripping on Lovie, I might have misheard
  21. Nice play! I do worry that the Seahawks offense has been able to take big chunks of yards from the Bears, but so far we've stopped them when needed.
  22. lmao of course Lovie tries to challenge it simply because the play didnt work out like he wanted it to. What a buffoon.
  23. It's a stupid call....yes the Bears offense is rolling, but the running game isnt. Plus the Bears red zone offense isnt that great, so there's no guarantee that you get the TD even if you convert. To me, getting the double digit lead and putting the pressure on Seattle is much more valuable to me. Plus, I'm not running the ball straight up the gut when we've done that several times in the game and gotten nothing out of it.
  24. Agreed, and that was before they failed
  25. Gah, the run blocking sucks today. Ballsy decision here..
