    What a cop-out. It isn't asking you to be a juror sentencing somebody to death. If you are an adult American you've probably heard enough about it to have an opinion. Well then I vote Oswald was the sole shooter because I don't really believe in pretty much any conspiracy theories.

    I honestly don't know enough about the investigation to make an informed choice. The stuff that I have read, for every piece of evidence that there was a second shooter, I've seen convincing evidence that refutes the second shooter theory. I have no idea about Oswald not doing the shooting.

    The blackhawks aren't available nationally on wgn. The cubs aren't gaining national fans with wgn. That benefit stopped in the 90's specifically because it was no longer true that it was unique. Kids in 2013 aren't coming home from school with only 1 or 2 options to watch, and them being sucked into the cubs as a result. Aren't some of the Hawks games on WGN America, or is that just the Bulls? Not that it matters because at most its like 5-6 games a year, but I thought some were national. And yeah this. This isn't the 90's where the Saturday or Sunday night game is your national game of the week and that along with Cubs and Braves games are it if you don't live in a baseball market. Between ESPN, Fox, TBS and the MLB Network (not to mention MLB.tv) there are nationally broadcast games on almost every day of the week, in addition to hundreds of other TV channels, youtube, hulu, netflix, etc etc etc available for a 10 year old to watch when he gets home from school.

    There are way more pressing needs right now than tight end. While Graham is total stud, isn't there something to say about how much of his success is due in part to Drew Brees? And from a cap perspective, they're eventually going to have to figure out what to do with Marshall and then Jeffrey not too long after that. Although there seems to be some sentiment that Marshall won't be here after his contract expires next season. Be a bummer to lose that duo, because it sure is fun to watch Marshall and Jeffrey wreck havoc on opposing secondaries. I think the Bears will resign him if he's willing to do a 2-3 year dealdeal. I think having 2 big talented receivers like Marshall and Jeffery is key for Trestman's offense. Based on his comments subbing on the Jay Cutler show, Marshall loves Chicago and wants to play the rest of his career here, so I don't think it would be an issue on his end as long as he has a realistic expectation of what he should be paid.

    Marshall is on pace for 1,325 yards receiving. Alshon is on pace for 1,309 yards. If that happens, they will be 3rd and 4th in Bears single-season history, behind only Marshall last year (1,508) and Marcus Robinson (1,400). Also, Marshall is on pace for 102 catches which would be the 2nd highest in team history (behind his 116 last year) and 3rd 100 reception season. Alshon is on pace for 86 which would be 6th.

    For a team with a 15 point differential this year, Football Outsiders is pretty high on the Bears. 5th overall DVOA, 6th best offensive DVOA, 13th defensive, and 10th special teams. According to their projections, the Bears should be 7.5-2.5 right now.

    I've seen a couple of people in the comments post their scenarios where the Bears finish 11-5 and miss the playoffs. I would not be able to handle that.

    right...you can still use it but its difficult. im sure it will be fixed. I went through it and had the following 1. Seattle 14-2 2. New Orleans 12-4 6 Arizona 9-7 @ 3 Green Bay 10-6 5 San Francisco 10-6 @ 4 Dallas 9-7 1. Indianapolis 13-3 2. Denver 13-3 6 Miami 9-7 @ 3 New England 11-5 5 Kansas City 12-4 @ 3 Cincinnati 9-7 Bears finish 9-7 and join other 9-7 teams Detroit and Carolina out of the playoffs. Not sure how I made Carolina collapse, Green Bay only lose once the rest of the way, and the remnants of Miami making the playoffs. If I give Chicago the win over GB in Week 17, then 10-6 Chicago wins the division and plays 9-7 Carolina in the 1st round.

    That report was exactly what started the discussion about his injury on the Jay Cutler Show yesterday. Cutler immediately dismissed it and started all that negative talk. But then again Jay was very non-committal about playing in the Lions game the week leading up to it, but yesterday on the show he pretty much implied that he knew he was going to be back for that game during the bye week.

    So? He's just as likely to take one back as he is to run backwards and get stopped at the 5 yard line. Either way there's 0 time on the clock left after the play. Perhaps your concern is that Hester fumbles and the Ravens return it for a score but it's such an unlikely occurance it shouldn't factor into the decision to give it to Hester.

    Yup. He was pretty negative about the injury on the Jay Cutler show just now. Basically said there's something weird going on with the ligaments. They asked him if he would be back for 12/1 in Minnesota and while he wouldn't rule it out it seemed very very unlikely based on his response. They asked him if they thought the injury would keep him out longer than originally thought he said its possible.

    It's always that bad when they stupidly take the tarp off to play a game during what they know will be a huge storm. Had they just delayed the start and kept it covered until the worst passed they would have been fine. Don't think they could keep the tarp out no matter what during a tornado warning. They could have kept it on longer than they did and kept the players off until the storm passed. Instead they started it "on time" knowing there would be a delay. That led to pregame and 1st quarter activities ripping up the field and an impossible condition to return to. That's definitely a problem with the NFL. I don't think I've ever seen a game delayed because of the threat of lightning/tornadoes. Their policy seems to be keep playing until you see lightning.
