Bears running the clock way too much. Pretty much setting themselves up for needing perfection to win (meaning a TD here, a stop on D and a TD to win it)

Someone who can pick up on these things better than me: Cutler has had a lot more time to throw this half, and the run blocking seems to be opening up holes. Were schematic adjustments made, did the Saints change their playcalling, or is the line simply playing better?

i dont know where the bears tackling is. I feel like on several of these 3rd/4th and 1/inches plays the Bears got defenders in the backfield only for the RB to get through

i was stunned to find out the Saints were only 5-11 on 3rd down. Probably about to be 6-12

why does it seem like we're always right about to sack the QB before they get a Brett Farve special and it turns into an 8-9 yard gain?

we were on the road and 3-0 and just got shredded by bush and bad cutler. now cutler is decent, we're at home and we aren't necessarily getting shredded. Plus we're coming off a loss so it sucks to see us potentially lose 2 weeks in a row

Bears cut the lead to 13-7 with 2 minutes left in the half, then get ball down next down 23-7 with half the 3rd quarter over Edit: Crap forgot about that 23 second possession to end the half

Yes, because they can't win any other way. they really cant. about to go down at least 16 and the saints chewed up almost half the 3rd quarter with their opening drive

I think its time to start over on defense after this year. It's not terrible but its definitely not where it was even last year.

Lot of yards, a touchdown and no interceptions. Not surprising. It was more about how the offense (and defense) hasn't looked good in the 1st half for the most part and down 13 yet Cutler is really having his best game this season (at this moment anyway). based on QB rating sure, but he lost a fumble inside the Bears 20 and threw a pass right at a defender.
