    I heard on the radio that Fuller is Pro Football Focus's lowest rated CB from week 4 on. There are a lot of reasons for that...he's faced some great WRs (Nelson, Megatron, Bryant, etc), he's been injured, the secondary around him is in shambles, etc, so I'm not going to be too down on him but man that is a shitty stat.

    I think this is the part where Sneaky comes in with a bunch of metrics showing how Cutler isn't close to Stafford. eh, the QB stat i place the most value in just ranks Stafford 13th (min. 12 G) this year i'd mention Cutler's ranking, but that would probably be construed as trolling Hey with a couple of good weeks to close out the year he might be able to leap over Cousins and Stanton and secure a spot in the low 20's

    Interesting, I thought given the stretch of starts he got, they favored him over Raanta. Does Raanta have a 2 way contract? I know he was sent down briefly, but that was to get him playing time, likely something he agreed to.

    I am not sure how this type of information is allowed to leak out. Especially if it was the ownership group having a meeting...who in the McCaskey family would leak that info out unless there is an adgenda. Is it possible the Bears leaked it to give potential coaching candidates a heads up that the position will be open in 2 weeks? I really don't think the Bears are high on Harbaughs list, but its possible they would make an offer that gives him full control of football operations to entice him to come here, hence why Emery's status is 'undecided' I'm not even sure I'd want a GM/HC anyways even if it was Harbaugh. I also think he'd be a better fit at Michigan but that's besides the point :)

    Yeah Doug and OB said 10,549 now shows, I do think ownership will get involved but the Bears/NFL are still getting their money from the season ticket holders if they show up or not. If the 10,000 fans that didn't come were going to spend $20 each, that's only $200,000. I am not sure if that is alarming enough for them to decide to eat $10m in contracts by cutting Trestman, Kromer, Tucker, DeCamilis, and possibly Emery, while paying another coaching staff at least $3m next year. I'm sure it got their attention to some degree though.

    Slightly misleading because of the league wide improvement in QB play, but another damning stat for the Trestman regime. At least they haven't allowed any more 50 point games (yet)

    Yeah...and I don't get the calls to bench Cutler either. I mean, even if you think he's the worst QB ever to grace the football field with his presence, why would you replace him? People are impatient and want to see blood right now rather than waiting 13 days

    Grudges probably thinks cutler should do all the press conferences. Emery made it clear he wasnt happy with how trestman handled kromer situation. He may be gone tomorrow. I agree. He made it a point to say that Trestman was responsible for dealing with the Kromer thing, which was largely mocked by the media. Beginning stages of throwing Trestman under the bus. I don't think he's gone tomorrow but I think it's increasingly likely he's gone after the season.
