    Johnson will ride the arms of Kershaw, Hill, and Jansen the rest of this series. Or until they fall off, whichever comes first. Roberts? I agree though. I would expect Jansen to throw 2-3 innings on Saturday unless the Cubs just destroy Kershaw. Even then he might with potentially no tomorrow and nothing to lose

    I mean, the 2 HRs are great, but until yesterday he'd been awful and Javy has killed it the whole series, so no. The 2 HR's were both game winning HR's. I'd probably lean Lester, just saying there are multiple guys with cases. How about we win this horsefeathers and let the MVP sort itself out after. I don't want to think about anything other than the fact that we need to win 1 more and beat Kershaw to get to that point. I think we will but it's a pretty big final hurdle to clear to reach the promised land

    I'm not sure what you're asking. The choices are: win the pennant but Javy not available for World Series or lose the series and Javy is healthy for his offseason?

    I'd pitch him in the 8th for sure with the heart of the order due up Also if you bring someone else in you risk having to bring chapman in with runners on which while it's the logical and correct move, it hasn't worked out for us a ton
