    Naturally for those who don't have cable in Chicago the games will be aired on regular tv correct? No HD feed, are you kidding me?

    My thoughts: 1. Johnny Estrada is now a very large man 2. Z seemed to be dropping down quite a bit today. If his slider wasn't below average and he could develop a straight change he would be unhittable. Has Rothschild tried to help him develop one more pitch? 3. It seems that a bunch of MLB players wear the necklace/chain that Murton and Howry wear? What is that thing?

    I saw Aramis really hustling to first base on his hit in the first inning. If Lou can get more out of him Aramis can really be a beast.

    From cnnsi: One NFL team owner I know told me that he has it on good authority that Adam "Pacman'' Jones only leaves his house these day accompanied by an off-duty police officer whom he employs as a bodyguard. "He fears for his life at this point,'' the owner said. "He won't even leave his house without that protection. And it wasn't a club-imposed idea. He feels he has become a target for trouble of sorts.'' Let's see: Jones does his little rain thing, punches a stripper in the face, gets yelled at by a bouncer, and then shots ring out. But he is a target? The funny thing is that the mayor of Las Vegas said that after the NBA All-Star game he felt the city's image was tarnished becuase of this and other occurrences. Wow!

    Briggs insisted last year's deal was for 7 years and not 6 on the radio. Who knows.

    I know what happened: Prior was on steroids. Someone tell him that HGH can't be tested for.

    I hope he sits out and the Bears win the Super Bowl. He says it is about respect, but was offered 4 years and 33 million last offseason. That sounds like respect. He can't get Urlacher money cause he aint as good as Urlacher even though he is a Pro Bowl type player.

    Hit the knee which hurts really bad too. I've hit it swinging a bat and with a tennis racket and that hurts. He stayed in the game. DLee tweaked his groin. Minor thing. Just precautionary according to Len.

    So is Jacque Jones. Didn't Aramis hit over .500 last spring and then cooled off when the season began?

    I read that Maddux told Marquis (being pretty close friends from what I understand) to pay close attention to what Rothschild has to say, and that he has much respect for Rothschild as well. Again, I really don't pin the blame of the pitching staff woes of the past few years on Larry. I blame Dusty for his perceived overrulings of Larry's opinions/decisions. That's odd because last year I heard rumors that Maddux didn't think highly of Rothschild at all

    Does anyone think that maybe Prior isn't throwing as hard as he he could because, well it was his first darn ST game!

    They said that Howry has appeared in 163 games with the Cubs the last two seasons when they had just mentioned that he was signed in November of 2005. Then they said that Jeff S. averaged 97 on his fastball and 96 on his slider. Man that's a slider!

    I saw Dwayne Wade on the news in Chicago last night. They showed a clip of a commercial he was doing where he is playing basketball with this 10 year old girl phenom. She drove to the basket and got swatted by Wade. I wonder if this was filmed before his injury. It had to be right?
