  1. The Bulls deserve this call. Terrible refereeing this quarter.
  2. Man I distaste Luol
  3. With the Bulls holding down LeBron, you think they would be up by more. Is this his lowest playoff scoring game ever?
  4. Where is the foul? This is ridiculous!
  5. LUOL MAKE A FREE THROW!
  6. I don't see him as the guy faking injuries and complaining. Luol does that for he both of them.
  7. I don't think Vinny has been that bad of a coach and has taken way too much criticism. I hope they really win this for all those who said they had no chance tonight (including the Chicago media!).
  8. Great defense by Noah on LeBron though
  9. What is Reggie talking about? "Man Derrick Rose is fast!" Yeah that's really the only insight you give. "Move Noah to PF and pick up a center this offseason." Why, there really aren't any good centers out there.
  10. Bigger bust, him or Leaf? Russell got a ton of money, but didn't most people think Leaf had a better future in the NFL?
  11. Maybe the defenders switch and Noah gets the guard on him so you can dump the ball to him in the post.
  12. It's like he has a grudge against everyone. I think he is still ticked that Jordan did not let him get his hands on a championship.
  13. I think the Bears passed on Faneca, because of what happen with Orlando Pace. I know it's apples to oranges, but I read it somewhere as that is the reason. If you are going to get rid of Alex Brown for 5 million, you probably can't sign Faneca for 5 million. I think Faneca could have been had for less though looking at the money Arizona gave him.
  14. Faneca signed a 1 yr 2.5 mill deal with Arizona. No surpise, considering all the Pittsburgh ties Arizona has. Man the Bears couldn't do better than that or did Faneca just want to go there? Second thought, if Olin is going to stay at center, you might get as much production with Beekman as guard as with Faneca. From the scouting reports I heard, Faneca's production really has been dropping off in the second half of the year.
  15. And that call was rather dubious. It's almost like they felt like they had to call at least 1 foul in the quarter. As much as I would like fouls to be called, Rose blows by the Cavs so quickly and is so athletic that he doesn't draw contact. I'd rather fewer foul shots and more made jumpers, dunks, and layups.
  16. Wel I remember him getting traded or released in camp because there was a glut of safeties and Harris showed the least. Leave it to another team to develop Harris. The Bears also fired their director of college scouting and brought in the Seattle guy that most people hate.
  17. This is a very good move. The Bears still have an adequate backup with Hillenmeyer. Harris was traded because he showed nothing with the Bears. No one I can think of hated the trade. Then he got good in Carolina and destroyed the Bears when he played them. But aren't Harris and Wright both tackling safeties and not cover safeties? How much is this going to cost? Yesterday Jerry said there is only a little money left, so Faneca might be out of reach.
  18. I would prefer one three game series for the Cubs and Sox per year
  19. Wells is just another one of the Cubs' unheralded prospects that seems to play better than the ones who get the press. But that is fine by me.
  20. Um no I mean his inability to be a good color commentator.
  21. tommy hanson turned 23 in august last year and had 2 years of full-season ball under his belt, including spending most of the previous year at AA. starlin castro just turned 20 a month ago and has played only 1 year of full-season ball, most of which was spent in A ball. hanson starting the year in AAA was in large part a financial decision; starting castro in AA has a lot more to do with not rushing the player and hurting his development. Yes but it seems to be that Castro is ready to join the big leagues. He showed it in ST and has shown it in the minors. I don't think he can really develop any more down there. He has maxed out the development he could get in the minors.
  22. I haven't been able to listen to WGN Radio yet this year, but I heard that Ronnie is sounding far worse than ever. Is it time for him to go? Who would replace him?
