    AHAHAHAHAHA!

Wade is nowhere near a top 10 all-time player. If his career ended now, no, but he is on track to be very close. Wade is 11th in all time scoring average.

I thought it was a bad call. After the shot Wade threw his arm out and purposefully hit Rose. Rose wasn't even in his way. It was a bad call, but it happens. The thing that Rose has to learn is that you are going to have to generally get clobbered to get fouls in the playoffs. The refs don't call games tight at this point.

I really don't think anyone takes solace in that.

I think getting to the Finals was the peak this team could have hoped for at the beginning of the season so you really can't be too disappointed. But two of those games were there for the taking which is why it hurts.

Take 3 guys and cover Rose and Korver. Any team can do that. No not any team could do that. Miami is one of the best defensive teams in the league. Much easier said than done.
  7. Wilson A2000
They should have tried to run a play sooner at the end. Took far too long to develop.

That was all about Thibs sending a message to Boozer and Noah. Thibs knew he got all he could out of Thomas, but I think he was just stubborn in the last two minutes.

You don't have a worse last 5 minutes than that. And the Bulls have crapped on themselves for their last two final possessions. It all started the last two games with Boozer's TERRIBLE flagrant fouls.

Do most catchers kneel down for that type of play? That seemed to keep his leg pinned under him. From what I can remember, most catchers just crouch for a play like that.

he's better than Keith Bogans The biggest gripe we have heard about the Bulls is that they don't have a guy who can create his own shot and Crawford can definitely do that. He's a bad defender and only a 41% career shooter. He's fine as a sixth man type, but he's not good enough to put the Bulls over the top. Even though the Bulls haven't played up to their potential this series, they don't need much at all to put them over the top. The Bulls had plenty of chances to win this series. They don't need an All Star to put them over the top. Crawford is not a great defender, but the Bulls don't really have great individual defenders on this team. It is about the system.

Hilarious! Sammy does look a little different after retiring. Maybe it has something to do with stopping roids.
  14. Wilson A2000
Boozer is playing dirty this series. You can take the dirt from a guy who is playing well, but he just looks silly out there.
  15. Wilson A2000
Bosh is only dominating because the refs are letting him score so much. No. The Bulls just have to take their lumps. Miami was better tonight, good refs or bad refs.
  16. Wilson A2000
I've never seen a guy get up quicker and have a bigger smile on his face after getting hammered in the lane
  17. Wilson A2000
Thibs has to start emphasizing defense more. Eve after a half like this, the team will say "Our defense was poor." The defense is fine, they just can't score.
  18. Wilson A2000
    No
  19. Wilson A2000
This is an ugly game, but I'd take a game that the Bulls won ugly
  20. Wilson A2000
I'd go after him, but only after some of the other names fell through like Vincent Jackson and Rice. The Bears have the best shot at winning compared to the other teams in the market too. There comes a time when you can't always try to focus on landing good character guys. After the Tank Johnson fiasco, I thought Jerry and Lovie stated they wanted high character guys. But it is too difficult to build a Super Bowl winning team with that philosophy.

Bulls-Heat game one was the highest rated cable NBA basketball game ever. Over 11 million viewers. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2011/basketball/nba/05/16/bulls.heat.ratings/

Getting tired of the line "the Bulls just try harder and that is why they won." I really don't think Miami has more talent than the Bulls. Outside of Rose, the Bulls don't have flashy talent, but they are plenty talented.
  23. Wilson A2000
Barkley said this is the best defense he has seen since he has been around the NBA
  24. Wilson A2000
Short of Scottie's famous walkover of Ewing (which I was at and count with the greatest moments of my life), Gibson's dunk over Wade is the best I can recall. That's the only other one I could think of off the top of my head. Jordan at MSG where he spun around went baseline and dunked. Was that playoff?
  25. Wilson A2000
It looks like the Bulls are peaking at just the right time. That was a great way to start the series. Can this talk stop that the Bulsl don't have any go to guys besides Rose?
