    I think you might be right, but I think he gets acquitted. He's got a high powered attorney, and Texas is pretty much equivalent to Mordor. Rusty Hardin got Clemens off, but the pics and AP admitting he went too far in the text messages are going to be hard to overcome.

If they turn around now and say he's NOT playing...that'd actually be hilarious in a way. PR disaster for no reason at all. Yep, there was no reason to announce that. What if more sponsors pull out like they did with Sterling? Media pressure is going to build all week.
