  1. So is Rodgers. On that drive he's jaw boning with the refs on a holding call he never saw because he was running the other way. He's nearly on Rivers' level and never ever gets called on it. And how about Rodgers ripping his rookie center to shreds? Imagine if that were Jay. the key difference here is that Jay Cutler is an anti-vaxxer, and is thusly a terrible, stupid human being who deserves every bit of scorn he receives Has Jay said he believes the antivax stuff or does he just go along with his wife?
  2. Soundgarden is really, really bad now
  3. Florio just said that if the NFL finalizes their new drug policy by Sunday, Welker and Gordon could play immediately: http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/09/04/a-new-drug-testing-agreement-could-benefit-welker-gordon/
  4. I honestly have no idea what to expect with this defense. Last year Peanut looked slow in the preseason, but was fine in the regular season until he got hurt. I'm hoping the same for Briggs this year minus getting hurt. The line could be top 10, but I doubt the overall defense is much better than 15-20. How deep into the playoffs can the Bears go with a 20th ranked defense?
  5. I'd like one too if anyone PMing it. They are going full coverage on the NFL network an hour into the game?
  6. While LeBron wants to win championships, he has already answered his critics by winning 2/4 in Miami. Even if things begin to go bad in Cleveland, I don't see him leaving. The talent will come to Cleveland now.
  7. Nah. He just wants a new contract once the new TV deal begins. LeBron is staying in Cleveland for the rest of his career.
  8. Isn't that what Rodgers broke?
  9. I'd be surprised if there was a team in Europe that could win 10 games in an nba schedule. But that could satisfy holding ones own depending. He appears to be a soft big man that can shoot. Bargnani? Dirk. Or as the Bulls originally thought, Aldridge. One can hope.
  10. I can't say definitely. The Cavs, Indiana, and Washington are in the picture.
  11. Snell finally got a haircut. He's ready for primetime.
  12. The only hope I see for a Bulls championship in the next few years is Mirotic becoming a star. Does Melo have an opt out?
  13. He's the deluxe version of what Randall Simon meant to the 2003 Cubs. Enough left handed bat to be useful, but zero or negative defensive value pretty much everywhere that confines him to 'platoon at best on a strong team' status. His arm is almost Juan Pierre bad
  14. How much center can Pau play?
  15. Hub Arkush just said the Bulls probably thought Mirotic and McDermott were better options than Melo. No.
  16. LeBron signed a 2 year deal with an opt out after 1 year. Waiting for bigger money after the new TV deal in 2 years. Melo should have done the same. http://m.espn.go.com/nba/story?storyId=11207703
  17. Is Boozer being amnestied or not?
  18. Why the hate for Riley?
  19. Does this help the Bulls get Melo? Knicks never beating Cleveland with LeBron.
  20. Was Gilbert's letter on the Cavs's website all these years or not? Hearing conflicting reports.
  21. Hopefully it's with a team that wants Boozer and the Knicks didn't want him
  22. I would just sign with Chicago for 2 years and tell Phil let's see what you do with the place until then. Don't waste your remaining prime years sitting at home in May.
  23. Maybe the Knicks could get Lin back and return to their glory weeks. How do you force a team to trade you right after just signing and not agreeing to the S&T from the beginning? Tell Phil I won't play one game for you?
  24. Agent says Melo hasn't made a decision yet on the Knicks and Lakers. Reporter didn't even throw the Bulls in as an option.
  25. What? Once you sign a deal isn't your leverage for demanding a trade way down? I assumed they weren't talking this year necessarily Yeah that's kinda how I took it, I think once you sign it has to be a explicit S&T or straight up resign. Once you sign you can't be traded until some point during the next season (want to say sometime in November). I think it's either December 15 or January 15. FWIW, the Isola report is already being refuted by Howard Beck. I still think Melo's going to end up back in NY. B/B had a texter point out that Isola stood behind his Steve Kerr to the Knicks story too
