    It's ridiculous that the Cubs couldn't score the runner from 2nd in that inning. All you need is a single. His approach should've been to hit the ball where the fielders weren't, but instead he's out there flying out to the warning track.

    Kosuke wasn't considered a prodigious home run hitter. I don't know what prodigious is in Japan, but he hit a HR every 16.27 ABs his last 4 seasons in Japan. That'd probably put him in the top 10 in the MLB this year. It would not.

    I mean, I understand Fontenot being on the bench when Soto plays. He has to pinch hit for him late in the game, but it's not like Koyie Hill needs a replacement in late innings. I don't get it

    Soto's had like 1 day off in the past 16 games. There's nothing wrong with him sitting. Ryan Theriot on the other hand, should be shot into the sun.
