  1. And so the NFL will be at fault when that relationship deteriorates. You'd think some pillow gifts would solve this. He's going to boycott all NFL-related merchandise (except for jerseys) until they start playing again.
  2. I don't know if that was sarcasm...but gut vs. instincts?? Really?
  3. Where's the weirdo loner living in a cabin blowing up media sources when you need him.
  4. I feel like we have success against pitchers who perform well, that really shouldn't be. We tag Humber for 5 runs, and Men in Blue posts 9 image related posts during the game thread.
  5. Height: 4'4" Did someone cut off his legs? Rhinoplasty, half his height was located there somehow.
  6. I said bad moves. Right, point being he's made good moves that have gone bad due to unforseen circumstances. (Dunn turning into Ozzie Timmons)
  7. I wish we had a converted catcher on our pitching staff
  8. Sorry I can't read text. MORE PICTURES PLEASE
  9. Auditioning someone else worked out swimmingly last year.
  10. Jim Delaney's kind of a dick. http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/college/ct-spt-0701-big-ten-nebraska--20110701,0,5568175.story
  11. Was just about to ask why Barney is still hitting #2
  12. Look if we leave Castro at SS, then where the hell is Izturis going to play?
  13. What exactly is your point here? That because one really really shitty baseball player had a good season, that every really shitty baseball player can do it? The fact that McGehee lucked into a good season should have zero effect on what we do with similar non-prospects.
  14. Might as well hope they move them to Pluto.
  15. I assumed self-immolation after the 2015 non-tendering of Tony Campana.
  16. I'm sure we'll find out next year when he's raking for the Brewers as Prince Fielder's replacement, a la Casey McGehee. You're right, LaHair would probably put up an OPS just under 600. McGehee OPSed .859 for MIL the year after the Cubs let him go. But I bet you knew that already. Oh, is that what he's doing now?
  17. Ideally, I'd buyout 2 years of Soto's free agency this offseason. Something like 4/27, but I'm not sure that's reasonable.
  18. Eh, not enough to get MLB to seize it. I'm really looking forward to these proceedings. I hope an agreement isn't reached, should be fun.
