I was thinking Asik to Cleveland for Sessions, who is then added to Boozer and the Bobcats pick for Gasol. The way Boozer has been playing lately leaves me hesitant, but I still think I'd do it. Where do I sign-off on that deal? Effectively Asik, Boozer and a pick for Gasol? Holy s--t. You'd think Cleveland could just trade Sessions and Dan Gilbert's belly button lint instead.

I never trade elite hitting for elite pitching. I'd rather wait it out and play him at UTIL for a month when somebody panics.

You can bet if that happens there will be rumblings to change the format so as to not give those play-in teams an unfair "momentum" advantage. ETA: And VCU still had no right being in the tourney last year, nor does Iona this year.
