    Seriously. I did not agree with the 10 second run off to save the TO but whatever. Why do you kick it with 7 seconds left and that TO still out there? With Drew Brees at QB. Let him put one in the corner of the end zone. If he gets sacked you use the TO albeit with a harder FGA but to me the risk is worth it. Call your last timeout on 4th down with 246 to go rather than forfeit the 2 minute warning with a 9 yard punt return

    If you're trading KB and Q, then why in the world are we keeping a $16 million closer and a $13 million relief pitcher? Probably because of one of the following: 1) depending on the returns, the Cubs could either still be favored or at least have a realistic shot in the division 2) you're hoping for a solid first half from the closer to up his value from where it is right now 3) somebody still has to pitch and the "relief" pitcher would be one of the five best options remaining #3 makes no sense. If we're down to "somebody has to pitch" that means we're not trying to win and we're supposed to be as bad as possible.

    Colts also have to win. If it's Raiders-Titans-Steelers, the Titans go because of strength of victory. But if Indy wins, they knock out Tennessee because of a better divisional record. Raiders beat Indy and have strength of victory tiebreaker over Pittsburgh. Raiders also need a win by the Bears, Lions, Chiefs or Pats. The Raiders stink though. They're probably going to lose. Houston hasn't announced either way because they won't know until game time if they have something to play for. If KC wins (home to the Chargers), they get the 3 seed. But if KC loses, Houston gets the 3 seed with a win. KC plays in the early games but Houston plays later. If KC wins, Houston will rest everybody. Don't they usually arrange the schedule so games that affect each other are at the same time? Or is that only for in-out the playoffs(I see the 4 AFC games and the Eagles-Giants are playing at the same time)
