Seriously Frazier is dumber than Warren Carter, and he's supposed to be out there for his defense only to get torched by Butler tonight. And where in the eff was Pruitt the whole 2nd half.

They might've, doesn't really matter as long as there's enough people on the line though. You need 5 interior linemen and a QB. You don't need 5 interior linemen. I believe in college you do.

Couple friends of mine were in Pasadena on New Year's. I'm just gonna assume they were the guys you laughed at. It'll be fun for me. I also met an aspiring celebrity/bartender who's appeared on a few shows. So I get a name to drop back at you.

bitter illini face Not at all. Nobody expected the Illini to win. Im glad we got there, and the future is very bright in Champaign. This is the beginning, certainly not the end. I dont see how anybody could watch that game and say USC wasnt a bunch of arrogant pricks. Did they score 1 td without taunting somebody, and drawing a unsportsman like penalty? I remember two penalties - the flip into the endzone and the one where Booty found the TE in the back of the end zone. You weren't paying close attention. There were roughly 10(maybe more, it was by far the most I'd ever seen) unsportsmanlike/personal foul penalties called in the game.(Not all on USC, there were probably 3 of them that were offsetting. -
Details plz. Sadly, the story isn't great, other than that having to be some sort of record of time arrested after first setting foot in a city. I guess they're just a lot more strict about public drunkenness out there than they are around here. (Drunk in public was the charge) We got into our hotel(moved it to Burbank) around 10. Showered quickly and wandered Burbank for an hour until we found a bar. Found some Illini people there and wound up taking shots with them. Yadda yadda yadda I sat on a curb waiting for my cab at 230 and the cops took me away. Booked around 7, spent 5 hours in a cell with 2 degenerates. Got my lunch through the little slot on the door(turkey sandwich, green beans, baby carrots, half an apple, watered down Sunny D) Released at noon without a fine/bail, cabbed from Burbank jail to the Rose Bowl. Did not get to wear orange for the game :(

Oh and I don't know if this belongs in here or the stream of consciousness thread. But I was arrested ~5 hours after I got off the plane.

USC is better than OK, and we all know how well Mizzou fared against OK. No they arent. Hahahaha.

They're GIVING 7 1/2? Kentucky - 7 1/2 Yeah, brainfart on my part. I like Auburn with the moneyline, Oregon +6, the under on 68.5 for GA/HI coupled with GA -7.5 the under on 58 for WI/TN, over on 59 for TX Tech/VA, over on 49.5 for USC/UI, and Va Tech (-3.5)

Purdue lost to Wofford. This loss sucks. It really sucks. But we'll probably win 20 games still. Tourney's done for though which is really sad. Just work on developing DMac, Tisdale, and Davis. Purdue also beat a ranked Louisville team. When your starting five most games consists of four freshman and a sophomore(although they've changed up the starting five recently), you're going to struggle at times. They have quite a bit of talent, but they are going to have their ups and downs this season. The loss to Wofford was bad though, no question about that. Wasn't trying to insinuate that Purdue would be a walk because of that. Just saying that Purdue had its bad loss too. I think the game in West Lafayette is a toss up and that we should win at home. But you hit it on the head, that it pretty much depends on what Purude team shows up. They're going to be really good in a couple years. Winning 20 games (I had 11-5 +1 in the tourney, Pomeroy has us at 10-8) with how awful the Big 10 is this year is pretty much a lock to miss the tourney.

Air Force. Though I'm jaded by having been burnt by Cal a few times earlier this season. What a disappointing team.

I'll agree that Chip wasn't bad after the first couple seasons. Oddly enough, he seemed to come into his own as he carried Carter and Otto's carcasses through each game(though Joe at least sounded like he enjoyed calling a game. Otto, good God.) Then when Stone came back, Chip was almost what one would call good. My only real complaint was that he was kind of a dork, but oh well he's a pbp man, what do you expect. I was actually sad to see him go. I expected a downgrade when Chip was let go. Luckily we got the Len.
