    It's bad that I'm happy about this stupid move only because Felix is still on the team and we're not using 13 pitchers.

    If he insists on making this idiotic move, lets hope he choses this option against all RH pitchers. Reed Johnson is probably a better option against RHP than Torres :( Dallas didn't mean to insult you by saying it definitely wasn't happening. It's just such an absurd idea I can't wrap my head around it actually going down. Much credit (and scorn) to you if it does.

    I really doubt that's BP's top 21 third base prospects. Joe Dillon? I'm gonna wait til Vitters has played a season of minor league ball before throwing him under the bus.

    There's only 39 guys on the 40 man, but this still definitely ain't happening. It suprised me too, but what will you all say when he gets called up? I'll say Lou's an idiot. And if it's Torres, Lou will accomplish a new level of idiocy I didn't think he was capable of. I mean Hoffpauir makes little enough sense(and I like Micah), but the 30 year old journeyman who's never been as good of a player as Felix is now. Just deliciously Cub.

    I will admit, day before thanksgiving parties have always been the truth! It was a big day when I was in college because all the people I went to highschool with were home then and we all happened to the same place every year, before and after 21. I hate the night before Thanksgiving.

    Nailed it. Every conference has their middle of the pack team with its peaks and valleys. Northwestern and Penn St. has killed us because their peaks since the Joe Crispin era has been 8th out of 11.

    Because more people are likely to come out and party with you. Plus, there will be more people out on those days who will be more likely to buy you free drinks for your birthday. Some of us are cool enough to get people to go out for our birthdays just based on us.

    This. The days around holidays suck too. My birthday's 12-30. Quite possibly the worst day to have a birthday that's not a holiday. Oh hey guys wanna go out til 4 AM the day before New Year's Eve?? No??

    IU's gonna have to load up their nonconferences(Maui's gonna make that tougher than a normal year) to get to the NIT. I'd be surprised if they win more than 5 in the Big 10.

    Funniest thing is that the relievers coming into today had a 2.70 ERA in 20 innings in May. (Best split I could find at work)
