Well that's just idiotic. -
Marshall to start Tuesday, Harden Thursday

Paul Sullivan is a dumb, spiteful hobbit. -
If it's a number and/or letter combination, then it's unique. If it's something like "chicago," then it would be generic. its a 7 digit code consisting of random letters and numbers Will you post it once you're able to get your tickets? Were you seriously asking for somebody's password so you could try and get tickets and then re-sell them?
-
I'd say you're giving up way more than necessary for Greene.
-
Well, it did happen in 1998 as the Giants overcame a 5 game deficit to two teams in one week to force a playoff tiebreaker. That Giants team was way better than this Astros team.
-
Ties.

But only Lottery and Stubhub? I don't think that's fair to the us fans. What is fair? The opportunity to also purchase tickets first come, first serve basis. Meaning what? Camping out at Wrigley for 3 weeks to be first in line for tickets? The dumbass VWR? Which was just a more unfair version of this lottery? Fact is nobody is gonna be happy with the system unless they get tickets.

McLouth in CF for 2009?
SouthSideRyan replied to Backtobanks's topic in MLB Draft, International Signings, Amateur Baseball
Eric Duncan still alive? Ian Kennedy. I was gonna go there, but got hammered by Yankee fans on BTF for calling him no good in the offseason. -

He doesn't. Too expensive.

Brandon Phillips isn't even that good.

BPro has them at ~1%. Making up 2 games vs 1 team, and 3 vs another over a 6 game stretch is pretty damn hard no matter who the opponents are. Couple that with the fact that the Astros just aren't very good.

While I agree with this... the Reds are going to be very very scary around 2010/2011. :banghead:

Top of my head, Fuld has never had a season as good as Snyder's best 3. That said, he's old for a prospect and last season he was pretty awful. Worth a Von Joshua flier I guess.

Marshall to start Tuesday, Harden Thursday

And it should be Harden-Dempster-Z-Lilly. Harden's the best starter on the team and it isn't particularly close. That's not a knock on Z or Dempster, Harden's just ridiculously good. -

When would you ever want to be around Mets fans? To make yourself more attractive by comparison? -
I think it's a combination of jyoung's post and backtobanks. Lou knows how to play the game to not get in any trouble with Seligula. He's also the type that believes he needs to keep all his guys ready to go.

A couple have already gone for weed. Self traded his for a luxury toupee.

REJECTED

Why would anyone mind?? You've been a class act since day 1. Post away... And he's rooting for the Cubs.
-
Why would you wish colitis on this poor man? Cause it's better than dying alone in Taiwan.
-
Resting up. That and he really hates the Mets and the dump they play in.
-
Hopefully this turns out more Angel Pagan than Mario Encarnacion.
-
Yup, and he won't get any better with Dusty as his coach. He might get "better" in the sense that he'll K less. He'll become a worse hitter though as he starts making weak contact instead of striking out.
