    Are you Michael Barrett's cousin or something? What did Zambrano do to you to hate him so much? Sure, he's immature, does stupid things, and overall seems pretty self-centered. But Piniella has aired him out in public too, and his actions have all come during the game, which isn't surprising since he's so competitive. There's clearly more behind the scenes than we all know about regarding Bradley. The fact that no teammate even attempted to defend him speaks volumes, and it has nothing to do with them being "afraid" of Hendry. thank you the whole "afraid" of hendry thought process is definitely a curious take on the situation if anyone should be afraid in the midst of this sham of a season it is hendry, and he keeps taking it to the next level

    How is that his own teammates have basically called him a douche if they really didn't feel that way? His teammates let him have it. This is not some conspiracy agains't poor Milty. Yea Im sure Cubs players feel real confortable coming out and defending him right now. Yea that will sure earn you praises from Hendry. LOL! Like they couldn't say: "No comment". It's astounding people are defending him. Bradley tried the "no comment" thing, and his manager and GM jumped his ass for it. when did they do this?

    I dont think anything he said deserved being suspended for. do you think there may possibly be some "behind the scenes" incidents that we aren't privy to though?

    How long was Carlos Zambrano suspended for punching his own teammate? In my opinion Z's actions over the last few years have been a hell of alot worse than anything Bradley has said or done. Yet Jim Hendry hasnt done a damn thing to Z. Bradley is being used as a scapegoat, and had he been putting up numbers all year, and the Cubs werent way out of it, not a damn thing would have been done to Bradley. Hendry is trying to satisfy the [expletive] fans of this teams, and take the attention away from this [expletive] team, and his horrible off season. no zambrano has not i don't think anyone has ever offered any quote referencing Z not contributing to a positive team atmosphere Cause Zambrano's still on the team? Zambrano's had heat with his teammates and his manager in public. He had his questionable injury this year. Where's Z's suspension? you really think zambrano is in the same league as bradley in this situation? this situation is amazing, i can't believe some of the connections and thoughts coming forth

    i agree with a lot of his points, but the piling on by his teammates is pretty damning, and joe didn't touch on that at all. I dont expect the team to go out against their GM and Manager and say it shouldnt have happened etc... Also its not like Demp and ARam are going to come out and agree with anything he said about the fans, the city, the organization etc.... DLee made a statement that stood out to me. That quote to me sounds like DLee doesnt even know why he was suspended, but he isnt going to go against the "company speak". are you kidding me, you sure are inferring an awful lot there in regards to DLee

    i was watching MLB Network and Harold Reynolds was saying that someone (missed the name) had made some public statements regarding Cooper that were pretty damning... does anyone know what he is talking about and where i can read about said comments? thanks

    I thought the Giants were going to make the postseason...but that chance is dwindling now... I want to see Phillies v. Cardinals in the NLCS...with the Cardinals winning I want to see Angels v. Yankees in the ALCS...with the Angels winning...but that won't happen so it will be the Yanks Best of all...I want the WS to go seven games, and I want the Cardinals to come from behind in the top of 9th and have Franklin crush all the Yankee fan dreams shortly thereafter in the bottom of that frame. What a great way to experience their first year in a new stadium!!!

    adding athletic players isn't a stupid idea, it will be stupid if chone is added at a ridiculous contract don't forget that iwamura is out there and probably on hendry's short list as well
