    A young Hiroki Kuroda is what I'm expecting, that could have a higher ceiling with being able to develop above that with MLB coaching staffs/experience. A prime Dan Haren is what I think he could be if he hits his ceiling, based on reports of his splitter.

    On second glance, it appears it was just tim [expletive] his pants lmao. I say give Tanaka the money, but man, Felix's deal was pretty SEISMIC (/david) when it happened, and it's like one offseason later and more than that is being attached to a guy some scouts are like "yeah he's a good mid-rotation guy." Eh, they kinda have to do it at this point, unfortunately. Oh, I'm not arguing that we dont have to Buffalo Bills it to get these guys to come here. It's what we should have done with Sanchez last offseason. You cant be a 60-win team and offer a guy the same contract as a world series contender and hope for it to work out. THIS IS PRECISELY WHY WE NEED TO TAKE MOAR FLIERS!!!

    Alcantara would probably outproduce Barney offensively if he was the starting 2B from day 1 this year. I hope they are aggressive with him, and if he gets off to a good start in Iowa after 100-200 ab's they aren't shy to move him up and let him play 2B everyday.

    That looks amazing. I want this to be done so bad Yeah...but that guy totally forgot to take a pic of the inside of Wrigley (and the jumbotron) Can kinda make out the jumbotron in the first picture on the left field wall. But yeah need a better view. Guessing this thing will be on display all convention and better pics will come out

    Does everything need to be signed off on, finalized (physical, etc.) on/before the 27th (I think that's it) date? Or just terms agreed to? If it's the former I'd venture to guess we may find out who he signs with a few days before the deadline.
