I can complain about it because I don't give a rats ass about the nostalgia/old timey happy fun memoryness of day baseball at Wrigley. I care about 75% of the fanbase being able to see the game without having to miss work. I care about me seeing the game without having to miss work. It pisses me off. It's bs that the biggest ratings draw will likely be on at the worst possible time. I don't know how it can be nostalgic when they play over 1/2 their home games in the afternoon. I'm happy they are in the playoffs, home field throughout the NL portion and have a better team than any of the previous playoff appearances. So what if it's an inconvenience for you, if you really want to watch it, you'll find a way. I'm going to give you a pass because of the "Sunny" quote in your sig, but come on. Playoff games shouldn't be on at 12:30pm. And if it were just some small subsection of the fanbase that this was going to affect, and I was part of that, fine, but putting a game on at 12:30 isn't just a crap thing for me and like nearly every other fan who's a typical 9-5 office loser, but it's a dumbass business decision by TBS, because they are guaranteeing the worst possible ratings for their best possible draw. Yeah, it is a bad ratings decision and sure I wish it was on at a more accessible time. The comments just went a little overboard and Ithought a little perspective was in order. If, at the worst, you're stuck with listening to Pat & Ron and following along on the internet, that's far better than listening to any moronic broadcast team we get from TBS or the endless commercials for whatever TV show they are promoting. Don't they know that I will always equate Frank TV with the Cubs getting swept by the DBacks? Which makes me never want to watch Frank TV. Maybe if it wasn't in my face the entire time. My memories of the 2007 postseason: Geo's dinger, Lilly't glove toss, ARam 0-for-12, Dick Stockton is a moron, Frank TV is annoying.
