  1. Knowing the Cubs, I wouldn't be at all shocked if that fastball becomes a cutter. and they might need to scrap that sinker entirely.
  2. That one and the Almora foul ball were just the biggest wtf moments.
  3. Seriously, how did Maples not end up being a completely dominant closer with pitch movement like this?
  4. 1) Tony Thomas- I was convinced he was the 2B of the future 2) Dillon Maples- He had some of the most absurd stuff I've ever seen and would have been a dominant pen arm if he had any idea where the ball was going when he threw it 3) Brailyn Marquez- He was absolute fire and had all the making of a front line starter, until his arm fell off.
  5. I'm not going to get into the specifics of whether each position needs to be addressed in FA or the draft but in my eyes these are the needs 1) EDGE- They've got Sweat with flashes of Booker, that's it and that isn't near enough 2) Safety- The easy answer is re-signing Byard, but is the money there. 3) LT- I only have this as #3 right now until we know more, which we should before it's draft time 4) LB- Edmunds is likely a cap cut, Edwards has taken a big step back and Sewell tore his Achilles 5) CB- I'm praying Johnson was just hurt, because my god does he look slow and I have zero interest in giving Nashon Wright the pay bump he's going to get Things I'd like to see. 1) I'm 100% on board with cutting Kmet. He's more or less a blocking TE at this point who is clear the #2 TE and is getting paid way way too much for that role. 2) I want Jahdae Walker to see a lot more snaps next year. If that comes at the cost of DJ so be it. 3) It probably wont happen this offseason, but if not this offseason than the next, RB has to be addressed. Monongai is not a lead back, he's a very good back up and I'm 100% cool with letting Swift walk after 2026.
  6. I mean the whole point of getting Gallen is to avoid the mass exodus at the end of the 2026 season.
  7. DJ finishes his route, the Bears have like a 30-35 yard FG to go to the NFC championship game.
  8. DJ can't be on this team next year. That's just so wildly unacceptable to loaf on the most important plays of your life.
  9. Once again they don't cover Puka on the 3rd down
  10. DJ is goin to get destroyed and he's going to deserve all of it
  11. Drops and inability to pick up 1 yard on a run time after time will be the reason they go home if they can't turn this around.
  12. Every horsefeathers time on the 3 and 2 or 4th and 1 it's puca, just watch Puca, horsefeathers
  13. Another failure on 3rd and 1 run, stop horsefeathers running it.
  14. Ok that was a really bad pass Caleb.
  15. That's a touchback, I don't think that ball hit the line.
  16. 4 drops and 3 ref blown calls in the first half.
  17. A damn shame with the way the Bears dominated the first half that it's only tied.
  18. Wow that is a hell of a weak flag.
