    He's literally going to be doing all the GM stuff because Ryan has no idea how to do it, but because of title the Bears get denied 2 3rd picks, incredibly dumb

    Not only this but they've got guys like Rome and Wright who are, I believe, 2 years from getting paid. It makes them significantly better in next season and the season after, but I think it comes at a very high cost to anything beyond that.

    So just reading a bit of the tea leaves, but I feel like Framber probably got his best offer from Baltimore, but for whatever reason really really does not want to play for Balitmore so he's holding out hoping another team makes something similar. Meanwhile, if Framber doesn't end up in Baltimore, I can't see Gallen ending up anywhere but Baltimore. They'll have already whiffed on Cease and Saurez, if you add in Framber too, they can't come away entirely empty handed.

    It's a genuinely horrible list for about 30 different reasons. In particular I love that Pete Alonso is #33.

    With limited funds, I don' t like it at all unless he's somehow cheaper than Swift. RB is way low on the priority list.

    I can't even fathom what the cost on Wood would be but I'm pretty sure the Cub don't have the impact prospects to pull it off. Sure they could throw 4 50-150 guys at them, but for a player of that caliber you're looking for at least one truly elite prospect followed by multiple other top 150 guys.

    Darvish still has the most insane pitch overlay I've ever seen. It's amazing that anyone was ever able to hit him.

    I just don't get going for it. Take the FG, keep it a one possession game even if they score another TD.

    Huge huge win and Wagler with a historic game 46 points on 9/11 from 3.

    Purdue shot 63% from the field in the first half and somehow Illinois is only down 4. Now if someone other than Wagler bothers to show up, this game is there for the taking.

    Seranthony Dominguez signs with the WSox on a 2/20 deal. If the Cubs were splurging he was an arm I wouldn't have minded in the pen.

    It's so odd that he went form low to mid .400s SLG to just completely dropping off the table into Ke'Bryan Hayes territory.

    I fully expect him to play the Zobrist role this year and if he can, that's hugely valuable.

    He has posted wRCs of 109, 102, 103, 108 the last 4 years. He's an above average hitter, so where you got that he can't hit I don't know. So yeah a guy with an above average batt, elite defense and well above average baserunning is pretty valuable.

    Damn Sproat and Williams which is a nice haul, but the Mets didn't have to touch their top 3

    I imagine Benge and McLean are off the table but surely at least one of Tong, Sproat, Williams are going.
