Soler is a must have. There's tons of money left over, it's the final uncapped international free agency and Soler helps solve the lack of "Impact talent" problem. If they don't end up with Soler then I'm going to be concerned about where this team is going.

Being completely unrealisitc, but if Giolito is considered too risky/unsignable can he slide all the way to #43? Do you spend the rest of your cash to get him and deal with the rest of the draft being trash?

Why take Appel and destroy the rest of your draft when you can get Almora and still pick up some nice players?
