Let's not talk about only scoring a 151, 'kay? Though Kansas was still willing to take me. Their mistake. I'm taking it in October. Haven't been studying as much as I should be. We'll see what happens.

Throw strikes and get quick outs. I feel like Marquis' problem is he is always trying to be perfect, and in doing so just gets himself in more trouble.

With the doubleheader today it would be really nice to see Jason throw strikes and make the Braves put the ball in play. Especially with Harden starting the second game. 60 pitches over three innings just isnt good enough.

Yeah Tez is going to be a beast. Its going to be like having Simeon Rice again, he can do it all. He is quick enough to cover the tight end, strong enough to rush the passer, and tough enough to be good against the run. Last year he made some really impressive plays in the open field and on special teams. Since he came into the program he's put on a good bit of muscle, and he looks like an absolute beast warrior. I'm pretty excited about him this season.

I feel like he has to do something one of these days, but I'm slowly losing the faith. I know it is impossible to change the way he hits completely but the flail and bail approach is really getting old. I'd like to see him try to finish his swing more. Hopefully we get a bright spot soon.

Thank you for a good morning laugh to take my mind off how rapidly approaching school is. No kidding it feels like I just got home from school last week. It just seems like whenever the Cubs are winning the summer flies by. Lets get a win today. Harden goes 7, strikes out 8. Fukudome gets 2 RBI, and the Cubs win 5-2.

ZOOKED! Zook is building a scary good receiving unit. Juice and Charest are not going to lack weapons over the next few years. Fayson, Cumberland, Benn, Scott, and Jenkins are going to be near unstoppable next year. I'm still worried about finding some quality linebackers though, but I've got to trust Zook.

No kidding his .238 OBP in August just isn't getting it done right now. I think we could be seeing a lot more DeRosa in right coming up.

my alternate team name is going to be the 26 nfl teams that have won a playoff game since the last time the cowboys did. I could name mine Five Rings If you name your team that then you are going to become equivalent of an Indiana Basketball fan. I wouldn't want that to happen to such a nice guy, even though you are a Cowboys fan.

I went with "Brady's Buttplugs" as my FF team name. I hate both Tom, and Quinn so it really serves a myriad of purposes for me. Any Packers fans around here? Ted Thompson needs to go, I'm sick of his crap.

The argument is that having 15 teams in each division makes it very hard to schedule games. The only way it could happen is if interleague play went on all year long. Ok that makes sense, year round interleague would suck, but I still haven't really accepted that the Brewers actually "belong" in our division. I also would like to go on record as saying I hate the way interleague is set up, and seeing us play the Rays and Blue Jays doesn't thrill me at all.

Instead of expansion I would like to see the leagues balanced. I was still pretty young when Milwaukee came over from the AL, and don't really understand why they were moved in the first place. I know that Selig wanted Milwaukee to be an NL city based on having the Braves previously, but that seems like a pretty stupid reason to disrupt the competitive balance of your sport. Why not just send them back to where they came from, and move the Royals to the AL West?

We need this game today or most of our work in Milwaukee will be erased. I'd hate to see us flush the results of this week down the toilet by dropping a series to the Pirates. Lets win today and tomorrow and forget about yesterday.
