    How many arrests is that for Iowa now? Is Ferentz about to wear out his welcome now that he isn't winning at the same level he was early in his tenure. 3 million plus per year is a lot to pay for six to seven wins a season.

    Give him one more start then get rid of Marquis. Really? he finished his night with 8 straight balls He is still going to give us a better chance to win than Marquis IMO. I don't think that any of us are as close to the situation as we wish that we were. If the Cubs are convinced that Hill's struggles have been at all mental, he should stay down for at least three more starts. Build his confidence up in baby steps. That's fine then put Marshall in. Either way get Marquis the hell out of there. What do you recommend doing with Marquis? Sending him to the pen, and releasing Lieber? Because with his contract I don't foresee him going anywhere
