  1. I'm sure Prior and Wood would LOVE to pitch for Dusty again and suffer more abuse.
  2. Friday's an off-day for the Series. I think that's why the Yankees are announcing it that day.
  3. I think the poll was referring to 2007, not 2008.
  4. Unless that has been settled in cash I think we still do have a player coming.
  5. C.M. Newton (former college basketball coach and Kentucky Athletic Director) is who came to my mind.
  6. Sounds similar to teams who send rookies down at the start of a season and keep them in the minors long enough to delay free agency by a year. Like the Cubs did with Kerry Wood in 1998.
  7. Nice of you to show your maturity by using a demeaning nickname for a player that didn't have a bad year. I think people need to re-read his post and notice that he was suggestion that Glendon Rusch would be a better option. Glendon Rusch. Seriously. He said it. Oh, I saw that. I'm still in a state of disbelief over that. :D
  8. So you're saying the Series will go 6 games, but not saying who will win. :D

  11. That statement could be interpreted in two completely opposite ways. :D
  12. I have Watson on one of my teams, and he was my biggest scorer (although I still have Addai tomorrow night).
  13. That wouldn't be nearly as cool as the time Bradley play Pittsburgh in basketball. Ah yes, the Brad Pitt game. :D
  14. I realize it's a common name, but this doesn't happen to be Steve Wilson the Cubs LHP from the early 90's does it? Yes it is. He was a Cub from 89 through part of 91; he came from the Rangers along with Mitch Williams and others in the trade for Rafael Palmeiro and others.
  15. Fixed.
  16. Rozner of course http://www.dailyherald.com/story/?id=60316 Prime example of how some people deserve to be strapped to Doc's DeLorian at 88 mph and shipped back to the Wild West so they could run their mouth there. Then he should be tied to the track and run over by the train that comes back to the present.
  17. No, I'm insinuating that you post at a super-secret forum where you're the only member. :D
  18. He was a top country star in the 1970s (as was David Allen Coe, who another poster mentioned also recorded that song).
  19. Meph's Special People For Sure. So wait... you'd rather be on your own list of special people, but didn't make the cut. He's on the list of extra-special people. He's the only member of that list, and he only mentions it in his double-secret forum. :D and you know this how...If I told you I'd have to shoot you.
