  1. But this is where I remind you draft positioning improved so you feel better again. this is where I remind you that Poles has yet to prove he can draft at all so you should feel doom again eta: I probably get excited about draft position a lot less than most do, but so far the best pick the Bears have had in (probably) the last 50 years was a guy who was falling in the 1st round. Higher picks are obviously good, but if you don't know what to do with them...good luck. Poles first offensive pick was a 25 year old return guy who sucks at everything. Inspiring
  2. i'd feel a lot better about those comments had we won
  3. maybe. maybe its just the horse paste catching up with Rodgers - lolol If this is permanent, I will enjoy his demise. Icing on the cake would be Love tanking and 30 years of futility. 30? how about FOREVER?

  5. This isn't a single game though, it's been 3 straight games of 29 or more points and strong play from Justin. 2 came against really good defensive teams. And last week isn't really a "yeah but" because the Bears were able to come back in that game and it was competitive until a defensive TD, which wasn't Justin's causing (besides not touching the dude). Also, I wanted this win. It's hard to root for a loss when the Bears actually have a chance. I didn't think they would, but the only thing missing from his resume is a GW TD drive. He's now done his part to get one vs. Miami, Washington, Minnesota, and last year in Pittsburgh. At some point, a confidence building win would mean more to the team that a boost in draft slot. thats where I am at too. I hate watching my teams lose in general, but I'd like to see Fields be rewarded with a win.
  6. that non-call was hoooooorseshit
  7. what is happening with Kmet
  8. best day for Kmet in along time
  9. Tua is so much better than Fields right now
  10. Fields is everything
  11. lol ok I mean you’re clearly wrong. Set aside your feelings for a game, or a season. This is actually a fantastic game for the bears so far. they dont have an nfl offense the rest of the team is TERRIBLE they arent close to anything right now. maybe with next offseason, but right now, they suck
  12. Wrong. They’re closer to a championship than they were 2 weeks ago. I couldn’t care less if they set records for futility on defense. They finally have an NFL offense. God bless. lol ok
  13. Poles has definitely made the Bears worse
  14. Kmet suddenly looks like an NFL TE
  15. i dont think so. Even if the Bears pick up Deron Payne, they are still weak on the DL. its now the teams biggest hole
  16. it was my 2nd, maybe 3rd prior to Claypool (WR, OL), now its #1. Get the best guy you can and the real need on the OL is the interior which can be gotten later
  17. was looking at that tweet and thinking "who's #10?" I had forgotten Mooney already has #11
  18. And they added a WR with two 60/860 seasons since I made this post! Losing every week 49-35 is gonna be so freaky-weird (except the reverse for DET x2) Oh and when they lose 63-14 to Buffalo. But maybe they'll be coasting by Christmas Eve. wut if they start winning 40-38
  19. Ian Happ; Psycho Killa and Gold Glove Winna https://www.mlb.com/news/ian-happ-wins-2022-gold-glove-award
  20. I now wish the Smith/Claypool trades happened a week ago so Chase could be up to speed for this one. The Dolphins pass D is atrocious. 275 yards per game with a 100 QB rating against. Just allowed 300 yards to Goff. Allowed 300 to Lamar running the same offense Fields has in the last 2. The Dolphins haven't rushed the passer very well either. Chubb will help with that, but not sure how much this week. Assuming he doesn't get 50-60 reps, the Bears may be able to protect Fields much better than they have the last few weeks. They've faced some of the best pass rushes in the last 3-4 games. If ever there was a game where Justin throws 35 times..... His best route is the go route anyways. He can get up to speed enough for 30ish plays I bet. Use that ND education lol would it be against the law to let Claypool and Mooney go deep ever 2-3 downs or so? one of them is bound to get open, and if not the under stuff will be. I mean surely Claypool can do that!
