After Louisville’s coach went to Cincinnati. Arguably both lateral moves, although I understand Brohm is all about going back to his Alma mater. Heard someone make the argument that they think Brohm went to Louisville this time because the talent at Purdue is drying up a bit. First time Louisville went after him, they had Karlaftis, Moore, Bell, etc. and he wanted to ride that out. Now, they think he's not so confident in the last couple recruiting classes and coupled with Matt Painter's seeming disinterest in NIL on the basketball side, Brohm got to Louisville where he's got a fresh start and should have plenty of NIL backing in a conference that seems safe for now from the realignment stuff because of the ACC's grant of rights. Also, with B1G divisions likely going away and the coming addition of USC, their hopes of a conference title are essentially gone. Wouldn't expect a B1G champ other than Michigan, OSU, USC, or maybe PSU unless someone else has a truly special year. ACC seems more winnable
