i'm as big a morelli basher as anyone, but he's been pretty good this year. 8 TD, 1 INT, 63% completion. he can go all grossman on you under pressure, but let's not paint him as some horribly incompetent QB He's had to face the defensive powers Florida International, Buffalo and Notre Dame so far this year. And he had a 54.5 comp% with a whopping 131 passing yards against ND. Last year he had a comp% of 53.9 for the year and had only 11 TD's in 13 games. He had 0 TD passes in 6 of their 13 games last year. Do you know how many TD passes he had against UM, UW, and OSU last year? 0. There were 88 other quarterbacks in Division I-A with a better QB rating last year than Morelli had and 71 QB's with more TD passes than he had. And I'm going to guess that Morelli is going to be under a hell of a lot more pressure from Michigan's defense than he was under in his first three games this year. PSU's refusal to throw the ball downfield is a little maddening this year. Everything seems to be underneath routes and screens. Perhaps Galen Hall (OC) has zero faith in Morelli's accuracy downfield
